07 | trust in you
Adelyn sighed as she looked at the teenagers making out and humping each other, was it necessary for people to see that but she just ignored it hoping to find someone she knew that would help her through the night. But once her eyes landed on the lines of alcohol, she just wanted to stop being herself for a night, of course, words wouldn't leave her mouth but she just wanted to stop worrying for a night.
So she marched her way towards them, grabbing a red solo cup before filling it up with an unknown brand of beer, but she didn't care because the beer was beer, yes it tasted shit but dial her up when you actually found a beer that reminded you of something tasteful.
While she was stalking around the crowds of teenagers for once not caring how many surrounded her and brushed shoulders with her because she just wanted to stumble across someone she actually liked but she wouldn't exactly say she was happy with bumping into Blake while he made out with a girl. After the smaller girl bumped into him, it didn't stop him from locking lips with the blonde girl in front of him, Adelyn was upset at the sight, maybe it was because she was alone and wanted to hang out with Blake or it was because she didn't want to see another girl connecting lips with him because she thought he was a lot more precious than a one night stand with some random chick at a party.
So the girl stood there for a few seconds before the girl with swollen and red lips pulled away from Blake, causing him to groan in annoyance. He was honestly too careless to do anything else so he grabbed onto a random chick and she seemed into it then he found himself making out with her, he always enjoyed parties it was a time for him to get away from his family, his family were lovely people sometimes they were just irritating since they wanted Blake to do so well at school but he wasn't sure if he was up for that. So when the girls lips pulled away from his, he wasn't the happiest man alive.
"You done staring skankoid" The girl threatened the mute girl, causing Blake to turn around to see Adylyn standing there with an angry look on her face. Blake pushed the blonde off of him.
"I think you should leave" Blake growled at the girl before him, Adelyn just stared at the boy before giving her a smug look. Her eyes flickered between Blake and Adelyn before looking back at Blake trying to seduce him, why wasn't this girl just giving.
"come on, I'm a lot sexier than her" she bit her lip but it was doing nothing for Blake as he looked at Adelyn, she got prettier every day it was odd that she looked so angry at the girl before them both but he wasn't thinking of that right now, he was trying to get rid of this girl.
"I said to leave" Blake's eyes darken at the girl, causing her to roll her eyes and walk away from the pair, brushing shoulders with Adelyn as she made her exit but the pair didn't mind as Adelyn took her place in front of the boy.
"Sorry about that, just a little tipsy right now" they chuckled lightly at the boy, both thinking of different things, Blake was thinking of how the girl wore her normal outfit but still looked drop dead gorgeous. But Adelyn was thinking of why he would be kissing a random girl at a party even if he was tipsy but that's when it snapped into her head, Blake was popular and girls like him, he played girls but she totally forgot what kind of guy he was because he was different around her, she forgot when each week she would see a female crying over the loss of Blake Richardson while he would be across the hall, flirting with a girl. What happens if he just decided to up and leave Adelyn then find a new friend.
"Lyn, you okay?" he questioned the girl before him, he noticed that she had zoned out a while ago but her expression looked upset and played. He wasn't good at noticing when people were upset with him, but with her whenever she looked angry or upset, he knew it was because of him. He wondered if the girl had ever been angrier in the same time period without him. He sighed placing his arms on the girl's shoulders.
"If you seeing me lock lips with girls is uncomfortable in any way, I'll stop" she looked at the boy, but she just rolled her eyes. Leaving the boy standing there alone on the dance floor as his arms fell to his side . People rubbing up against him but all that was on his mind was her. He needed to tell her how he felt because he couldn't live with her not knowing any longer but instead of running after her, he took a cup out of someone's hands, downing it before walking into the crowd, completely forgetting the rest of the night.
Adelyn stomped outside, furious with the boy. He was playing with her feelings, she wished she could prevent feelings at all but they erupt in a person from per coincidence, feelings were like their own person, they think they know you enough to make up their on decisions and that upset because Adelyn was mad at Blake a quarter of the time so how could she feel like this about the boy, she hadn't said a word to him, she wanted him out of her life if she started to feel like this, she couldn't have feelings like this not during this time. She ended up leaving the party too much on her mind to be around others.
When she arrived home, placing her phone on the island top before entering the kitchen, scavengering the fridge, trying to find some sort of food but Kyle hadn't gone grocery shopping yet, the girl sighed hearing her stomach grumbled, she placed her hand on it, before movement echoed through the kitchen causing her to jump and turn around.
She froze at the sight of the kitchen door opened, revealing him. The boy she wished to never see again. He had hurt her in many ways than one but what was he doing here, how was he here. He left a long time ago, why come back noe, now that she was getting better as the days roll by but seeing him standing there killed her all over again.
"Adelyn Rose, cuter than ever"he smirked at the girl making her skin crawl right now would be a perfect time for Blake to play hero. But she doubted he would come not after their last encounter not even 40 minutes ago. She was scared of what is to come.
