NINETEEN~

SHANE'S POV

It's been weeks now

And i only have one week to be with mom,cause she'll leave again after this week ends.

But I'm physically and emotionally not okay.

I should be happy because i can spend a lot of time with my mom with just a short period of time.

I really miss my mom,it's like almost 1 year since she come home.

"Mom,why are we here?" I asked my mom

It's the place where me and my grandma used to hangout when she's still alive

"You know baby,it's been a long day since i come back here again,and i really miss this place" my mom said

"And why is it me you bring in here?"i asked with a sad tone

"I know this place really means a lot to you baby,this place have all the memories with your grandma,and i know this will make you feel better" she said

"I know you're not okay baby" she approach to me and hug me

"Mom,i really miss grandma"i said,and tears start to fall again

It's been weeks now since that day,but i can't moved on,i really love my grandma,but i didn't have a chance to show it to her

"You can tell everything to me baby"my mom said

"Mom,why does the people i love keep leaving me?"i asked

"Baby,nothing is permanent,may mga taong umaalis pero bumalik at may mga taong umaalis pero hindi na bumabalik" she said

"I really hate being left behind"

"But i really hate being left behind by those people who i treasure the most,they left without saying a goodbye,without giving an explanation why'd they left me"

"Mom,why are my so called bestfriends keep leaving me behind?" I asked again

"Maybe because you deserve to have a better bestfriend" she said

"But isn't it enough to have them?"

"All i want is to have a bestfriend who i can cry to,who i can lean on,who i can tell all my secrets,who i can trust all of that secrets and a bestfriend who can be with me not only in my succes but also through into my downs"i said and i cry again

"Baby,i know i can't be with you when times gets hard for you,and I'm really sorry for that,maybe they left because they think that they don't deserve to have a friend like you,or they think that you're still not enough"

"But remember this,mom will always be your bestfriend,and i won't leave you baby,and please bring that old Shane,hindi ka na madalas ngumingiti,hindi mo na binibigyan ng chance ang sarili mo na ngumiti,please baby i know it's hurting you right now but please don't let that smile of yours fade away"

"Your smile is your greatest weapon in every war you into,Always smile even if you're suffering,Baby always remember this"

Huminto siya at kinapitan ang pisngi ko

"Don't let the world change your smile,Let your smile change the world" she said and kiss me in the forehead

And then i cried again,and hug her tight

I'm glad that i have a mom like her,yes my dad leave us when i was a little kid,but i don't mind as long as my mom is with me,i really love my mom and i won't make my mistake  twice

Then days have past,and i feel better than the last time,and today is the day that my mom will leave the country again for some business

"Mom,when will you comeback again?"i asked

"Soon baby,don't worry after this business I've been working is done I'll come home and never leave your side again"

Wala akong idea kung ano ba talaga ang business na tinutukoy ni mama pero i don't mind,as long as she's okay

I kiss her is her chicks and hug her tight, "I'll miss you mom"

"Me too baby,and take care of your little sister okay?"

"Yes mom"

"And you to my little baby,be a good girl okay?"

"Yes mommy" my little sis said

And we hug again for the last time

"I'll have to go now baby"

And then my mom walk away

And we left the airport and go home

It's time for me to go in school,pero wala pa din akong gana,but i have too,madami na akong na mimissed na lesson

"Are you okay now miss Shane?"my Math teacher asked then i nod

Nag discuss lang siya ng nag discuss pero lutang ang isip ko

"Miss Alfeza"my math teacher called me out of a sudden

"Would you mind answer this equation?"then he point the equation he was talking about

Tumayo naman ako at pumunta sa unahan

At nasagutan ko naman,na impress naman ang math teacher ko dahil sa alam ko na daw kaagad yung lesson kahit na hindi pa niya naituturo

Dividing Polynomials to Polynomials,it's not that hard though,nag advance reading na ako

"Very good miss Alfeza,you can go back to your sit now" he said

Then the discussion starts again until it's finally over,uwian na at kanina ko pa gustong umuwi without talking to them,i know that kanina pa nila ako gustong kausapin pero hindi nila alam kung paano sisimulan dahil malamig ang pakikitungo ko

Please forgive me for doing these i just need more time to fix my self

Tumayo na ako at handa ng lumabas ng room ng tawagin ako ng math Teacher ko

"Miss Alfeza,can i talk to you for a moment"

Tumango naman ako at lumapit na table niya

"As you can see,almost a month ka ng hindi nakakapasok,but i understand your situation,pero kailangan mong mabawi yung mga araw na wala ka,or kahit na mga test and exams na na missed mo"

"Sayang naman yung pinaghirapan mo nung 1st and second grading kung baba ang grades mo ngayong third diba?"

At bigla kong naalala,ang dami ko ngang na mimissed

"Ano po ang kailangan kong gawin para ma maintain and grades ko na yun sir?"

"As you can see,kilala mo naman si Mr.Gonzalez"

"Well,we have a little bit problem of him,here"at may iniabot itong record

"Makikita mo naman na pababa ng pababa ang grades niya,and he's not in his usual self,and i know you've been bestfriends since grade 7 i guess"

Goshhh,ang daming alam ni Ser

"Can you tutor him for like 2 weeks before our 3rd quarter exam?"he asked

"If this is the only way i can maintain my grades then I'll do it sir"i said

"Kelan po ang simula?"i asked

"Kung gusto mo ngayon na,maaga pa naman,and if you're not busy"

"It's okay sir"i said then i walk away

Ughhhhh,bakit si Keifer pa?haysss

(Alert!!ahahaha guys just want to inform you na may mga binago ako sa ibang chapters baka malito kayo sa mga susunod kong update here.....Prologue,Chapter 16,17,18,yan yung mga part na binago ko na makaka apekto sa mga susunod na chapter,okayyyyyyy,)
