"Stop staring at that diary and go to sleep." Tae Joon Snatch papa's diary from my hand. "Tomorrow is a big day. Take rest and call me if you need anything. Tau is in her way if you need her."

"I..." I tried to speak but no words came out of the mouth. I want to scream out of my lungs but my body felt numb. Is it because of tomorrow? Is it because I am scared? We made the whole plan. Tomorrow is the day. Tomorrow is the day when I could see who the person is who is attacking me in the months. I will get to find out what that person wants and if that person could possibly be papa's murderer. I could get injured tomorrow or possibly even die if the plan fails but it's okay it is worth taking that shot.

I felt a hand on my head, I looked up and saw Tae Joon in front of me.

"Don't worry okay?" he spoke in a low voice. "You will be safe no matters what. Our first priority will be your safety so don't worry" he smiles and ruffle my hair. "Go and sleep now," he said going in his room.

I was eating ice cream when I saw Ron coming into the kitchen.

"You haven't slept yet?" he sat on the chair opposite to me where I was sitting on the dining table.

"Waiting for Tau," I mumble and continue eating my ice cream. The truth was I was overthinking about tomorrow. He took a spoon from a spoon holder and digs it in my ice cream. We were eating with silent.

"Tomorrow is the day," I speak out. He looked at me and he took a spoon of ice cream eating it but focus my gaze on my spoon. "Possibly the attacker will be caught and life will be back to normal." And I won't be a burden for Tau and Tae Joon. "You will be gone too." I felt his body froze for split seconds. "Was this the reason why you said we should wait till your job is over? You knew it's going to happen this way but you gave me hopes that we could do anything after your job is done, still you lied to me and I hold my hope that we could be together after this is over."

Tae Joon inform me that Ron is going to leave as soon as his job here is over and told me not to get too attached to him. "If you weren't interested you could've just told me I won't have a bug but you lied to me making me believe in your lies." I jump from the table and place my spoon in the sink walking out not gazing at his direction at all.

I don't know why but all of a sudden I felt anger against him. When Tae Joon told me about Ron leaving I decided not to bring that topic to him at all and let him leave like that but I felt sudden anger in me for him I couldn't control it.

I was way to my room when I felt a pair of arms wrap around me making me freeze. My heartbeat increase and my lungs forgot how to function.

"Wait till tomorrow." He tightened his grip. "Wait till tomorrow then I am all yours." I felt his hot breath fanning my left cheek.

"S...stop lying."

"I am saying the truth as soon as tomorrow your attacker is caught I will be free and I will be all yours. Remember I told you about me wanting to quit the job?" I nod. "Tomorrow is my last day." I turn around but his arms still wrapping me. I look at him his gaze we so soft looking at me.

"I am just mad at the fact that you lied to me please tell me this is not because of me." I place my hand on his cheeks. He removed his gaze from me.

"Let's not talk about that. Now I really want to give a shot to us. From tomorrow night let's give everything to each other that we couldn't get to give in these few months. Let do our best that even we don't work out we won't have the regret of not doing our best. Let's see if are mean to me be then we will be together no matters what. From tomorrow night you will be my first and last priority. Let's count till it last." I nodded at him. No words form him my brain. I was too caught by his words. I wrap my arm around his waist resting my head on his shoulder. "Till it last," I mumble.

"Oh my god! Adya you won't believe... oh I didn't mean to interrupt you guys." We pull out and saw Tau standing on the kitchen's entrance. "I will give you both a little privacy." She said already ready to walk out but Ron stopped her.

"It's okay you can chat with her." Then he looked at me "Sleep soon as possible you have to wake up early okay?" I gave him a nod. He gave me a smile before walking out and telling Tau 'good night'. I stare at his back till he went out of my side.

"Details." Tau gave me a wicked smile.

"I told him about me knowing that he will leave after the attacker is caught and he said he is leaving his job to be with me," I told her going back to where I left my ice cream.

"So you guys will be a thing after that?" she sat next to me on a chair. I shrugged.

"Maybe." I said a mouth full of ice cream, "What did you want to say earlier?" I swear I saw her eyes twinkled

"About that! Guess you got asked out by the hottest doctor in our hospital?"

"For real?" I ask my eyes wide in surprise, she nodded and her lip had a wide grin. "Oh my god! Oh my god!" I screamed.

"I know right?" she squealed. "I can't believe it actually happened!"

"Adya wake you" Tae Joon shook my body. I cover myself with my blanket even though it was suffocating me. "Go away" I shout at him.

"Adya wake up now or you will regret it." I ignore him and stayed in my blanket. Everything was silent so I sigh in relief. Suddenly I felt someone grip my right foot.

"Don't you dare" I warn him but it was too late I foot was already pulled and I scream in surprise. I sat up in irritation. "Hey! Why did you do that?" I asked Tae Joon?

"I warned you but you ignore me." He messed my hair by ruffling them. "Now get ready you look like a cavewoman." With that, he left the room.

I took a shower and got dressed. Tau was on my bed while I was doing my makeup.

"I want to come too, but none of you let me," Tau whined like a baby. I turn to face her.

"Tau you have your duties as a doctor, you can't just ignore that. Plus it's enough to put Tae Joon's life in danger I don't want to put you in risk too."She scoffed.

"Even you know I can handle situations better than Tae," I smirk at her comment.

"I know." I nodded. "Still you aren't coming," I added.

She rolled her eyes and lay on bed crossing her arms around chest. I went back to do my makeup.

"By the way why are you doing your make up?" she asked, I saw her lifting her body with her right arm for support.

"For confidence," I answer while applying my eyeliner.

"What?"

I sigh. I have to explain it to her. I carefully applied the liner and then turn to face her.

"Wearing makeup gives me confidence. I don't know how to explain this but after all this year's going through insecurities and lack of self-esteem makeup had become my shield or you can say a wall which makes me feel confident about myself. It like I can do anything when I wear makeup" "Wow. That was deep."

"Plus who doesn't want to look badass while fighting?" I wink at here and applied my nude lipstick. She giggled.
