Chapter 17:
The next two weeks went by in a buzz, the police came to talk about the accident and then there was the press announcement that Shemar was still alive and back home.
The night Shemar came home, I went online as white_rose and emailed one of the moderators from the Shemar forum, to give them the first chance to tell about Shemar being back. Lots of interviews were done and every time Shemar told them about the forum and their own search for him.
Shemar was home for the next 8 weeks to spend time with me and Jazz-elle.

The weeks flew by with all the arrangements for the engagement and wedding, Shemar had his tuxedo fitting with Bernie and Matthew and I found the perfect dresses for the bridesmaids and maid of honor.
Today Shemar looked after Jazz-elle while I went to the graphic designer to look at the invitations’ for our engagement party.
“Good morning Jay”. I smiled at the young man, when I entered his store.
“Good morning Miss Ng, you’re here for the engagement cards right”? He asked me with a smile.
I nodded and he told me to follow him to the back of the store where his desk was.
Jay took the try-out and handed me the card. I looked at it and loved it immediately.
“Could you send it to Shemar Please?”
“No problem”. Jay said.
I waited a few seconds while searching in my bag for my cell phone.
“Moore”. Shemar answered.
“Love, could you check your mail please, Jay mailed you the try-out of the engagement card”.
“Sure, hold on babe”.
I listened as Shemar started the laptop and opened his mail.
“Ok, I see the mail, let me open it and take a look at it”. He said.
I waited a bit and then heard my fiancé say:
“I love the card, not too much, but it still stands out, what would you think if we use it for all our invitations’”? Shemar asked me.
“That’s a great thought love, I’ll ask Jay, see you in a bit”. I smiled and hung up.
“He loves the card, is it possible to use it for all our cards”?
“Sure, we’ll start with the engagement and later on with the rehearsal and the wedding”. Jay suggested.
“Cool, thanks, you have the number of invitations’ we need, and if there’s any problem you can always call me”. I told Jay and after saying goodbye, I left the shop.

Entering our house, I took off my coat while placing the car keys on the little table by the door.
“Hey babe”. Shemar greeted me with a kiss.
“Hey love, how was your morning with our daughter”? I asked him.
“Very good, she had her bath, and played a bit in her playpen, then we had lunch and I’ve just put her down for her nap”. Shemar said proudly.
I went to the desk-room and took out the wedding map.
“Before I forget, Sally called and asked if we could stop by this afternoon, she said something about a cake topping for our wedding cake”.
“You want to join me”? I asked surprised but happy Shemar wanted to come to our wedding arrangements.
