"Please! I have all the girls wrapped around my finger. I can get them to do anything." I protested.

Deen rolled his eyes, "Someday Jason a girl will show you off."

I smirked, "That day will only happen in your dreams."

Deen frowned, "I hope one day you'll wake up and see the real world." he got up and headed to the door.

"Where are you going?"

"Home. I have to get ready for my date with Taylen."

This time I rolled my eyes, "You and your love."

He smiled, "Its pretty great. Bye."

I waved and let him go. "Pfft. Girls dig me... I can easily get a date." I said to myself. I sighed knowing that the things Deen was hoping for may never come true. I will never find a girl who doesn't swoon over me. No girl will ever get to know me, they're to stupid...

"Lyndsey!! Come help us unpack!" My mom called. I sighed and raced down the stairs. I grabbed a box that had my name on it and took it to my room. Instead of unpacking I set it down at my bed and grabbed my phone. I texted Taylen. We were best friends, than I moved away. And three years later I moved back. We've been talking about this for months! She said she'll come help me unpack but she never showed up.

To: Tay

Hey Tay we're unpacking. You still thinking of coming?

~Lyns

I waited awhile than got a reply.

From: Tay

Sorry girl. I have a date with Deen today. I'll come over tomorrow. Okay? ~Tay

I sighed than sent:

To: Tay

That's fine. Have fun! Cya tomorrow

Someday Lyndsey. Someday you'll be going on dates too. I sighed once more than put my phone away and started to unpack.
