Jason's POV:

Deen came and tackled me when I was almost to the school doors.

"Jason!"

I threw him off me, "Hey man."

His face was all lit up, "Did you hear?"

I shook my head, "Hear what?"

"Lyndsey moved back!" My eyes went wide as I remembered Little Lyndsey.

*Flashback*

Deen, Taylen, Lyndsey, and I were at the park. The boys were pushing the girls on the swing, when Lyndsey jumped off and got a twig stabbed into the arm. I went and helped her and told the other two that'll I'll take her home and come back.

There we were walking home, together, alone. She was the only girl who was able to make my stomach turn but I didn't tell anyone about that. She liked me but didn't show it. I could tell. We were halfway there when I took her behind the fence.

"Lyndsey?"

She nodded, "Yeah?"

"Well umm...." I coughed, "Will you like to go on a date with me?"

She smiled than it faded, "I can't...."

I was confused, "Why?

Her face was filled with sadness, "I'm moving."

He never talked again. She moved and I moved on.

*End of Flashback*

"Dude? Dude!" I blinked a couple of times than woke out of my flashback, "Huh?"

"You froze." Deen was waving his hand in front of my face and he put it back to his side.

"Oh sorry." I apologized.

Lyndsey's POV:

I walked up to the high school and sighed. Taylen ditched me again. I was about to walk in when I got a text.

From:Cristy

Hey Boo! I just wanted to say good luck today at school! You got this! Luv ya! ~Crystal

I smiled. Crystal is my sister who lives in the neighboring town with our dad. I call her Cristy and she calls me Boo. We are the closest of friends. I was sad when I learned she would be living with our dad while I was with mom, but at least we live close to each other!

I put my phone away and walked in. I was greeted by a wide smiling Taylen. She looped her arm through mine, "Hey bestie! Sorry I couldn't pick you up today. Tumbling practice was cancelled so they moved it to this morning." she sighed. She was a big tumbler and dancer. That's how we met. Dance class. Together we did tumbling and danced but we quit dance right before I moved, and I don't think she got back in it.

  I shrugged, "Its okay."

We walked down the hall and she let my arm go, "You remember where Mrs. Cammok's science class is right?" I nodded. "That's your first class. See ya in P.E.!" she said smiling than walking off.

I sighed once more and walked to my class. I was almost there when a boy ran into me. "Hey!"

He looked at me like I was the one who did something wrong, "Watch where your going twerp!" He defiantly had looks, but his rudeness made his looks nothing. I rolled my eyes as he ran off. A girl I don't know came up to me.

"How dare you!" she screeched.

I raised an eyebrow, "What did I do?"

"You do not run into Jason Storm than yell at him!"

My eyebrow went higher than lowered, "Wait. Jason Storm?"

She nodded, "Stay away from him he's mine!" with that she walked away. I looked behind me. Jason. The only thing I can remember about Jason was that he was caught up with himself, but when we were alone he was like Prince Charming. I never trusted him. He asked me out once but of course he had to do it the a days after I figured out I was moving. So it never worked out. Do I care? No. Yes. Maybe... Wait! No! No I do not care! I rolled my eyes again and went to class.
