One To Remember

I hadn't been feeling to well the past two weeks and I was over at Kat's when I had to throw up for the third time that day.
"C, could you be pregnant?" Kat asks. I look at her with a face of shock.
"What the hell? No!" I scream at her. She puts her hands up in defense.
"It was just a thought!" she says. I look at her and think back.
"Kat, I may be. I don't want to be but I may be." I sigh. I hold my head in my hands.
"We need to go get a test Crystal." Kat sighs. I nod my head. I stand up and put my shoes on before following Kat out to her car.
"Kat, what am I gonna do if I am? I want to keep the baby but will Colby? What if he breaks up with me?" I say in a state of shock.
"Calm down Cry. Of course Colby will want to keep the baby. He won't break up with you and if he does then Sam and I can kick his ass. Hell, everyone in the house will. You'll be okay either way." she smiles at me as she rests her hand on top of mine and gives me a reassuring smile as we pull into the Target parking lot. "Now lets go find out if I'm an aunt or not!" she screams. I shake my head while laughing at her crazy antics. We walk into the store and head for the pregnancy tests. I grab one of the shelf before Kat hands me two or three more.
"That's all we need?" I ask. She shakes her head before handing me two water bottles.
"We gotta make you pee somehow!" she exclaims. We quickly check out before going to the bathrooms. I chug the water down on the walk to the bathroom. I pull Kat into the family sized bathroom.
"Kat. I'm so fucking scared." I look up at her.
"You'll be okay." she smiles. I make her turn around so I can take the tests.
"Now we wait five minutes." I say as I set a timer on my phone. Kat engulfs me in a hug.
"Sam's calling." Kat murmurs. She answers the phone.
"Where are you and Crystal?" he asks.
"Target." I say.
"Okay. Text me when you get back to the house. We gotta have a house meeting." he says.
"Got it. Love you babe." Kat smiles.
"Love you too. Stay safe girls." Sam says before hanging up. Just as he hangs up, the timer on my phone goes off.
"Cry, you want me to check?" Kat says. I nod my head. I hear her let out a sigh. I look over her shoulder.
"Oh fuck." I breathe out.
"I'm gonna be an aunt!" Kat screams. I shake my head laughing. We walk out of the bathroom with the tests.
"I'm gonna call my doctor and see if I can get an appointment." I tell Kat. She nods her head.
*two weeks later*
Kat and I were driving to my first appointment for the baby. We hadn't told anyone yet.
"Are you scared?" Kat questions.
"I'm terrified." I say as we pull into the parking lot. We walk into the building together and I get paperwork to fill out. After a while, my name gets called.
"You'll be okay Crystal." Kat squeezes my hand.
"Hello Crystal! I'm Doctor Hood, but you can call me Kelsey." a woman smiles at me.
"Hi." I reply with a wave. We find out that I'm three months pregnant and due in February. I walk out of the room and find Kat waiting for me.
"I figured out how to tell the house." I smile towards Kat. "It involves doughnuts." I say.
"I'm down." she says. We get a sonogram picture before going to get a box of doughnuts. After buying the doughnuts, I tape one of the pictures to the box and write around it, 'eat up everybody! my mom can't be the only one with a belly!' . I smile at the finished product. Kat and I drive back to the house with music playing. I quickly call Colby to make sure he has everyone downstairs for a house meeting when we get back.
"We're home!" I scream as Kat and I walk inside. I'd already told Sam to set up a camera in the kitchen. I didn't tell him why though.
"Doughnuts!" Corey screams.
"I have news." I smile as I open the box. Everyone's jaw drops. Colby looks at me with tears in his eyes.
"You're pregnant?" Colby asks. I nod my head with tears welling up in my eyes.
"We're gonna have a baby Colby." I smile at him.
"I'm gonna be the coolest uncle!" Corey screams. I laugh as I wipe away the tears. Colby runs over to me and picks me up. He twirls me around in the air.
"Careful, don't make her throw up Colby." Devyn warns. Everyone laughs.
"How far along are you?" Aaron asks.
"Twelve weeks. I'm due February 7th." I smile. Colby places me down on the ground before placing his hands on my slight bump.
"Hey baby. I'm your daddy." I can hear him whisper. He leaves little kisses all over my stomach.
"Where'd Sammy go?" I ask Kat. She shrugs her shoulders. I kiss Colby on the cheek before finding Sam crying in the living room.
"You're all grown up." he looks at me and wipes away tears.
"Hey, Hey. I'm still your little sister. I just happen to have a boyfriend and a kid now." I smile.
"You've gotten so grown up the last few years. It's crazy." Sam pulls me into a hug. I feel him press a kiss to my forehead.
"I'll still need you Sam. You always have and always will be the best guy I've ever met. I look up to you so much." I say as I wipe tears from my cheek.
"I love you." He smiles at me.
"I love you too bro." I hug him again. This was only the beginning of my new family.
