Nonna took a seat by Viktor and she drank from Demyan's glass. The two boys were looking at her waiting for her answer.

"Mom and dad told me to come and see you here in Russia. I left America to see you." Nonna said.

Viktor looked at Demyan and he did not know what to do.

"Nonna,can I speak to Demyan in private. I would be back sooner than you think."
"Sure boo bear."

Viktor hurriedly took Demyan's hand and went into one of the private rooms. Viktor sat down and put his hand in his hair.

"I know you are angry dude but she would soon be your wife." Demyan said.
"What wife? My parents can't just decide who I should end up with. I'm not even prepared for marriage in the first place."
"Bro,I understand how you feel. You just have to follow your parents decision. They know what's best for you." Demyan said.
"I can't believe I'm getting this from you. You should be on my side for Christ's sake."
"I'm on your side. Just play along. You can get married to her and divorce her after one week."

Viktor told his friend that they should go back to where they left Nonna. When they arrived,Viktor put on his best fake smile and held Nonna by her waist.

"You know you are sleeping and staying at my place." Viktor said.

Nonna giggled and she started drawing circles on Viktor's arm.

"Of course I am. You are my husband."

Melissa went to visit Claudine when she was not having classes. She met Claudine reading a novel.

"Hey Bf,how are you? "Melissa shouted.
"I'm fine Melissa. Why didn't you tell me you were coming. I could have prepared something nice for you." Claudine said.
"There's no problem. I've apologized to Demyan."
"Good to hear. I hope he accepted the apology."
"Of course he did. I even made new friends. They are Gina,Vlad,Andrian, Boris and Mariya.They are nice people."
"You are adapting fast. My parents are arriving Russia tomorrow. I would love to introduce you to them." Claudine said.
"It would be my pleasure to see your parents."

Melissa was in her house reading some of the books of law when she decided to call her family back in Cameroon. She took her phone and dialed her father's number.

"Hi daddy." Melissa said.
"Melissa how are you? I hope you are fine."
"I'm fine daddy. How is everybody?"
"Everyone is fine. I hope you are focusing on your studies. You never went there to play."
"Of course daddy." I'm focusing on my studies. "
"Your mother wants to talk to you."

Melissa heard the voices of Emmanuel and Stacey at the background. She smiled because she missed them.

"Hey Bell,I hope you are fine." Her mother said.
"Of course I am mama. I hope you are taking care of yourself."
"Yes I am. Talk to your brother and sister."
"Melissa how is Russia? Are the people there nice?" Stacey shouted from the phone.

Melissa started laughing and she knew she missed her sister a lot.

"Russia is good and the people there are nice. We would talk privately on WhatsApp and I would gist you about everything. Give the phone to Emma.
" Melissa how?"
"I'm fine. I hope you are not disturbing Stacey."
"I never disturb. She's the one always looking for trouble."
"Anyway, take care of yourself. I've got to go "
"Bye." Emmanuel said.

Viktor was presently at his company Lukoil to have a board of directors meeting. His father had finally accepted to have the meeting. Everyone was present and they were discussing  on how to please Dante.

"I think we should follow what he says." Steve said.
"No. The offer we gave him was enough." Alice said.
"If he has refused the offer of two million dollars, why don't we give him ten or even Fifteen." Chelsea said.
"Chelsea, you can't be serious. That's a huge sum of money." Ted said.

Viktor was just keeping quiet and listening to all what everyone was saying. It irked him that he was spending too much time on the deal. He is still young for crying out loud. He needed to have some fun in his life and not trying to make a deal with some jerk.

"I've heard all what you guys have said and I would take what Chelsea said. We don't have any choice. Dante is the best. We would give him fifteen million dollars." Viktor said.
"And if he refuses the fifteen?" Ted asks.
"We add the amount. I want to end this deal as fast as possible." Viktor said.

Claudine came to visit Melissa because she wanted to invite her to her place on Saturday. She wanted to have girls time with Melissa.

"Hey,wanna come over to my place on Saturday?" Claudine asked.
"Yeah. I can even sleep over."
"Great idea. It would be fun."

The following day in school, Melissa hanged out with her usual group of friends. When it was time to go back to their various houses,Vlad stopped Melissa.

"Hey." Vlad said.
"Hi." Melissa answered.
"Do you want to hang out with me on Saturday, since it is a free day." Vlad asked.
"Sure."
