Dick's POV
Dick sighed as he got out of bed. He didn't know why he tried. He tried to be a hero, but all he had done was get people killed. Wally, his best friend, was one person. He gave his life making sure that neither Bart nor Barry died. But in the end, it was Dick's fault. It always was. The constant reminders didn't help him. 'Your fault.' 'Do you even care?' 'He'd be alive if it wasn't for you.' Sure, Dick had kept secrets from the Team, but it killed him. It killed him to see them grieving over Artemis when she was alive. Then they grieve over Wally. Kaldur was now a traitor, as was Dick. He couldn't even walk into the cave without sneers being sent his way. The worst part was, his little brother Tim was doing it as well. His stinging remark still lingered in Dick's mind. 'Why don't you just kill yourself?' Why didn't he just kill himself? He had nothing to live for, and he was a traitor anywhere he went. But there was Kor'i. And the Titans. He constantly reminded himself that they were there. 'But were they?' Dick shook his head. Why was he thinking this? Of course they were. Dick was pulled out of his thinking when he heard his phone ring. (705-684-2916) Roy? Why was he calling? Dick was scared. Was he gonna yell at him too? Tell him it was his fault? Dick answered with shaking hands. "Yes?" "Dick? It's Roy. Do you mind coming over? Jade and I wanna talk to you." Dick sighed. "Is it about Wally?" "No. Jade and I have a question, and wanted to ask you in person. Will you come?" "I got nothing to do. What time?" "Three-thirty. Thanks, Dick." The call ended. Dick was shocked. No one said thank you, not to him at least. He got, 'piss off!' And, 'it's your fault!' Never thank you. Maybe, he would get a break. After getting ready, he checked his phone. 12:30. He must have woke up late. He got in his car and sped off towards Roy's house.
