Anger and Death

{Aren's POV}

I snapped awake once I heard yelling from outside. I ran out to see Darren phased and growling at Jacob. "Leave him alone!" I yelled and leaped, phasing in midair and landing on all four paws as his claws raced towards Jacob.

I took the blow and it sent me tumbling. I stood up and took the blow again, but I simply stood up again. I stood up in human and my eyes glowed red with fiery fire. "Begone. For I am an alpha, and Jacob is a part of my pack."

And Darren whimpered and ran, my eyes stopped glowing and I saw Jacob lying in human on his stomach, his eyes glassy with pain. "Oh god." I said and saw that there were bites all along his spinal cords that were healing fast. I looked at him and he looked up.

"Aren." He whispered and I looked at him. "What?" I said quietly, looking at him worriedly, supporting his head with one arm. "Help me up will you?" He asked and I shook my head and glared at him. "You ever scare me like that again, so help me god, I'll kill you Jacob Black." I Said and he nodded.

"Sure. Now help me up."

And I punched him in the gut and he groaned. "Easy!" He grunted as I helped him up.

"Cool it you big baby." I said and he grunted as we walked inside, his arm around my neck. I put him on the couch and he groaned, clearly exaggerating. "Oh shut up." I said and kicked him in the shin as he groaned again.

I kicked out but he dodged and swept my leg out and caught me. "Really?" I Said and grabbed him by the back of the hair and flipped him onto his face. "Aw shit!" Jacob mumbled.

"Oh get up. And watch your language!" Billy snapped as he rolled himself into the kitchen and I gave him his smoothie. "Does the baby need an ice pack?" I asked in a mocking voice.

"Oh shut it dumbass." And I kicked him in the head as he reached for his smoothie. Jacob stumbled back. "Language." And suddenly Edward was knocking on the door. "What..." And I knew something was wrong when he had Carlisle with him with Esme and Emmett.

I ran with them and let out a howl of grief. "

I fell to my knees next to Darren, who was clearly dead, his throat ripped clean out. I sobbed, my body rocking back and forth.

Jacob ran into the clearing and stopped dead. He looked at the Cullens and ran towards me. I hugged him tightly, my body curled up in a ball. "I'm so sorry." Jacob whispered and I shook my head. "No. Someone else did."

And I pushed away from him and stood up. "One of you." I said coldly, my eyes glowing red with fury. "It wasn't any of us!"

Carlisle said, clearly trying to diffuse my anger, but I was too far into my anger now. "Actually. One of us did do it." Edward said, looking at Jasper who had appeared next to Alice. "Jasper." Esme Said, sounding defeated.

"I'm sorry." Jasper Said and looked at me. Jacob reached an arm out but I looked at him and he backed away, clearly seeing the warning in my eyes. I snarled and turned on Jasper, my eyes glowing. "You. Killed. My. Brother!"

I roared and lunged. He tried to calm me down but I ignored it and pushed the fake emotion away as I charged, exploding into wolf form. Jasper bared his fangs and smiled as he met my swift charge. Jacob lunged with me and sunk his claws into Jasper's back as I slashed.

Jacob's Weight threw Jasper to the side and I pounced, landing on Jasper with a force like thunder. Suddenly Jasper threw me off and I slammed into a bunch of trees with a whimper.

I felt bones snapping as I staggered to my feet, holding my side. I saw Jacob and Jasper wrestling. When I saw Jasper going for Jacob's throat, I roared and lunged again, wrapping my arms around Jasper's neck and I pulled hard.

Jasper staggered back, releasing Jacob as his hands went to my arms. I squeezed as hard as I could and snarled. "You killed him! He was my only family left!" I roared and sent him flying towards his family and I landed on all fours, hands and feet, my eyes normal brown again.

I ran to Jacob who was holding his side. "You okay?" I asked, looking at him, my eyes wide and he nodded. "Yeah. I'm okay." He Said and I hugged him tightly. "Go home. Rest up. Tell Sam what happened, you know the drill."

I said and Jacob nodded and looked at Jasper who was baring his fangs. I growled and Jasper backed off as Jacob raced away, after shooting one more concerned glance in my directions.

"The treaty is void now. Jasper you have violated the treaty, defacing the thing that kept the peace for years. You have two days to decide to leave town alone, or face the wrath of The Twilight and Moon Packs."

I Said and Jasper snarled and I looked at him and then looked at Carlisle and Esme who were looking at Edward who was staring at Jasper, probably reading his thoughts. "You have two days Jasper Cullen. I would start packing."

I Said and picked up Darren's body, cradling it as I disappeared into the forest towards La Push. I stopped at the old meeting place and found Jacob waiting with Sam, Seth, and Leah.

Leah walked forward and I let her hug me. Next was Seth who was sincerely trying to cheer me up. Then it was Sam and he hugged me tightly. "From Alpha to Alpha I'm sorry."

He Said and I shook my head, my eyes full of grief and numbed pain. "Everyone in my original pack is dead. It's time I made my own." And I looked at Jacob who nodded.

"I know some people in Beacon Hills." Sam Said and I looked up. "What did you say?" I asked, my eyes lighting up with shock.

"A couple Hales are coming around to see us in a few days." And I nodded and looked at my hands which were shaking.

"I need a blowtorch." I Said and Jacob nodded. "Let's do this." He Said and I raced after him.
