The six ponies panted as they got to the gate of Timbucktwo. "I'm so tired!" Fluttershy squealed. "There's no time to rest! We have to get my sister back. I can't stand her being away one more minute." Applejack says.
"Oh, sweet Celestia." Rarity said, moaning. "What?" Applejack asked. Rarity pointed to a train track. "Well, now we know how to get back." Spike puffed, having been awakened from his nap by Applejack. "Not quite. None of us know how ta drive, spike." Applejack said.
Twilight held up a hoof. "I've studied. I could drive us back to Ponyville in the train. I have the map. It would be simple." she explained. "Good. I'm tired for once!" Pinkie complained. "Well we have to get AppleBloom!" Applejack screamed, running into the gate to the city. The ponies followed her, puzzled by their sight.
"It looks.... empty." Rainbow Dash says, flying down. Applejack spotted smoke. "There! Granny sent us a telegram when you were asleep at the entrance to ghastly gorge! AppleBloom sent them a letter sayin' they were throwing her a celebration for bein' the first pony to travel over the border!" She said. Everypony nodded and they ran toward it.
When they got there, they gasped. Chrysalis turned around. "Oh, look. We've got company." she said. The minions turned around. AppleBloom looked up. "Sis!" she screamed. Applejack saw her on the stake. "Why are ya bein' cooked? I thought y'all said it was a feast!" Applejack said in horror.
"I'll explain later! JUST GET ME OUTTA HERE!" AppleBloom shrieked. Applejack nodded. She nodded to the girls, and they began to fight the changelings. "How can I tell me from me?!" Pinkie hollered as the Changelings closed in on her and Rarity.
"Do you mind if I do something I've been dying to do?" Rarity asked. Pinkie cocked her head to the side and nodded her head slightly. Rarity squealed in delight and began doing Pinkie's hair, turning it into her style.
"There! Now we'll know who you are, and you look fabulous!" Pinkie looked at the hair, and stuck out her tongue. "Rarity! Blast them! Pretend its last years fashion, or something!" Rainbow Dash yelled. "Eww! Leg warmers and stirrup pants? Not in my spring line!" Rarity said, blasting a crowd of changelings.
"We can't keep blasting them just one at a time! We need a better plan!" Twilighy said. Pinkie's eyes lit up. "Ooh, me! Pick me! Pick me!" she screamed. Twilight rolled her eyes as Pinkie pulled her party cannon out of seemingly nowwhere.
She blasted all the changelings, covering them in a sticky substance, flinging them farther away from Equestria, to the next country over.
(P.S, I got the fight scene from a book. From the words "How do I tell me from me?" to the changelings being covered in the sticky substance, I own none of that.)
Once the changelings were gone, Applejack put the fire out while Twilight and Rainbow Dash untied the knot. Fluttershy got some ice packs from a nearby building, and Rarity got a stretcher, because she felt it was a dramatic thing to do. The knot soon became undone, and Pinkie caught AppleBloom before she hit the ground.
They put her on the stretcher, got her in a train that was in a train station, and put her in a cart alone with Applejack. Pinkie went to get AppleBloom's stuff from her apartemement. Fluttershy gently placed an ice pack on AppleBloom's head.
"Thank y'all fer savin' me." AppleBloom said weakly. Applejack's tears stained the sheets of the stretcher. Happy tears. "I-I'm not even mad that you ran away. I'm just happy yer safe." Applejack said. AppeBloom fell asleep after awhile. She cooled off, and was back to normal.
"AppleBloom?" Applejack said when her sister woke up when the train began to move. "Yeah, sis?" AppleBloom asked. "If ya want ta, Big Mac and I, we decided you can help us buck." she said. AppleBloom's eyes lit up, and she jumped on her sister, hugging her.
"Yes! Thank you!" she said, and they hugged.
