Chapter 5: School Idiots

Lunch was over and everyone was in class but me, I was running a bit late. Nikki walked to me.
"You know what you little piece of crap... I'm gonna make you pay..." She said with a sinister smile. I smirked and felt a blow to my stomach. I stumbled into the lockers and looked up. I punched Nikki as hard as I could across her face. She fell to the ground and held her cheek. A boy walked up to me and slapped me.

"Don't ever touch her like that!"

I picked up my leg and kick him across his face. I stood there breathing heavily with my teeth clenched.

"Don't touch me." I spat at him. He stood up and looked at me.

"You're gonna die."
He charged at me but I quickly dodged. He threw a punch and I dodged.
"Huh!" I brought my knee and hit him in the gut. He punched me across my face. I stammered back. I have a double jointed jaw and he knocked it off on hinge so I popped it back smirking. Fight the pain, FIGHT IT! I jumped at him knocking him to the floor. I sat on his stomach when Ché pulled me off. I started to thrash around trying to get out of his grasp and attack the boy that's on the floor.
"Sheilah stop!!" He grunted holding me back. I stopped.

"Okay look, if you won't spill I won't press charges." He nodded. I held out a hand for the deal and he shook it. I pulled him up to he's feet and looked at Nikki. "Same goes for you." She quickly nodded I extended my hand and she shook it. "Ché you can let go now." He dropped his arms and I smoothed out my shirt. I'm going to go home. Bye Ché." I hugged him and walked off as he walked back into class. Leaving those two in the hallway.

I walked into the office.
"I don't feel good. At all." I grabbed my stomach as she called the house. In ten minutes Edward showed up.

"What's wrong." His eyes were filled with worry.

"I just wanted to come home." He nodded his head and signed me out. We got in his car. I could feel a bruise forming so I put my hand over my cheek and winced in pain.

"Are you sure your okay."

"Positive." I have him the best smile I could. I soon dropped it because it hurt to much. When we got home I didn't say a word, I just ran up to my room and locked the door. I walked into the bathroom and a dark purple bruise was there.
"Ah Shit." I mumbled to myself. I lightly washed off my face and laid down. It was only 1:00 but I needed sleep. I closed my eyes and pulled the covers over my face so if anyone came in they couldn't see it.

I woke up, then sat up, Emmett and Jasper were there.
"The hell happened to your face?!" Emmett yelled.

I got up and ran to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. It was a deep purple and swollen. I poked it and it throbbed.

"N-Nothing happened..."

"Your face disagrees!" He yelled as I walked out.

"No it really was nothing!" I put my hand on my cheek trying to make it not seem as bad.

"What's going on?" Esme popped in. She gasped at what she saw.

"Sheilah what happened?!"

"N-nothing!"

"No tell me!" She scolded taking my hand off my cheek and looking at it.

"I got in a fight."

"With who?" Emmett question.

"I don't know his name."

"It was a boy?!" Esme screeched. I mentally face-palmed. Edward ran in.

"What happened?!!!!" Edward looked at my appearance.

"I got in a fight." I repeated.

"What exactly happened." Esme placed her hand on my face, the cold felt good on it.

"I was at my locker. Everyone was gone. Nikki came up and punched me in the gut, so I clocked her. Some random dude came up and slapped me so I round house kicked him. The started to attack me and he punched me across my face and I kneed him in the gut and pinned him down and that's when Ché pulled me off of him. But you can't say one thing because we made a deal that if he won't spill I won't press charges." I smirked on my left side.

"No, we need to do something about this, Sheilah it's only your second day of school!"

"No Esme please don't. I don't want to get kicked out of school." I begged. She looked at me.

"If he EVER touches you again I will not hesitate to do something."

Okay, so um yeah! Couldn't delete this cause it plays a role later! XD
