I giggled as kisses were peppered down my neck. He pulled his head back to look at me with his adorable brown eyes. A huge smile was placed on his face as his hands reached up to cup my face.

"God, I can't wait to marry you Tessa." I wrapped my arms around his torso, pulling him closer to me. I could never get enough of this man, he brought out the best in me. Sure we had our arguments, but if we hadn't had them, I don't think we would've been as close as we are.

" Calm down there tiger, you only have to wait a couple months." I said smiling. His grin widened as he moved his hands from my face to my hips. I moved my arms up to his shoulders as he started to gently sway us side to side.

"A few months is too long. If your family wouldn't kill me, I'd fly us both out to Vegas and marry you as soon as I could." I shook my head at his silliness.

"My family and I would both kill you. We put too much time into this, and I did not spend a whole day with my mom discussing our template for the wedding just to throw it away. I swear that women drives me insane." I shuddered at the memory that happened only 2 months ago.

"Your mother means well, she just goes a little overboard. But she loves you, and I can see why, You're the best thing that's ever happened to me Tessa." His eyes never left mine as he finished his words. All sense of humor was gone and I saw nothing but truth.

" You're the best for me River, and I know you still don't think so, but I wouldn't change anything about you if I could. I love you." He smashed his lips to mine, creating a passionate moment between us. The kiss was short lived as he pulled back.

"I hope you realized that I'm never going back to the way I was. You brought out a better me. You made me better and stripped me of bad ways. Shit, if it wasn't for you, I'd probably be dead by overdose right about now. I don't care if my family wants nothing to do with me anymore, as long as you're here with me I'll make it through. I love you so much more than you think." I embraced him tightly as his touching words sunk in. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this man. So much has happened but the only thing that matters is we stuck with each other. In a few months we'd be bonded by law, but we were already bonded in every other other way possible.

I have no problem spending the rest of time with the one person who's made me feel more than alive. :D
