"Emerald, Are you sure this is gonna work? I don't think it's a good idea." Zane said grabbing Emerald's hand, standing at a corner of his high school's hallway's entrance.

"Of course it's gonna work. I'm sure. Just go out there and do what I told you." Emerald reassured Zane, and gave him thumbs up.

Zane nodded and pulled the strap of his bag, took a deep breath before walking.

As he reached the middle of the hallway, he saw those bullies coming towards him. There were Emma, Lauren, Lex and Josh and their sidekicks.

"Oh look it's Mr. Ugly fag! Lex teased Zane.

"I wonder how he has the courage to look into the mirror everyday?"
Emma joined in.

"And how shamelessly this fag comes to school everyday with that ugly face." Lauren said pointing at Zane's face then they all brusted laughing at him.

After Zane heard all that again he started going weak again, his heart was beating out of his chest, tears were ready to fall down from his eyes and his whole body was about to tremble.

He glanced at Emerald who was just inches away from him. He sensed Zane's fear and gave him a assuring nod.

Zane nodded subtlely at him. He gave him a thumbs up with a smile.

"You know what?" Zane said, his voice almost trembled. 

"Just you saying that I'm ugly, doesn't make me ugly."

"Oooooh, Mr. Ugly fag wants to fight? Interesting." Lex cooed taunting Zane, before they all started laughing at him again.

"You wanna call me ugly, So Prove It. Tell me what is it about me that makes me ugly?" Zane's voice came out more stable this time.

"Well you know what? We don't need to because it's already proven you filthy ugly fag!" Josh got a little aggressive.

"No it's not. Just admit that you can't prove it." Zane tried getting aggressive as well. Even though he was still terrified from inside and his body could tremble at any point if he let loose but he pulled himself together.

"Oh yeah so you think you can fight me!" Josh moved even closer to Zane aggressively.

"Why, you don't think you can fight me?" Zane did the same and they were chest to chest, starring equally aggressively at each other.

Everyone's attention was on them at that point. Everyone was looking at Josh and Zane just one move away from taking each other down.

Lauren pulled Josh back as they didn't want any public fight in the school.

"If you can't prove it then you have no right to call me ugly!"

Zane shouted at all of them, his body launage was aggressive and his voice was confident, it was only because of Emerlad, but he was still sacred form inside and was feeling like he would faint at anytime. He glanced at Emerald he praised him and gestured him to continue.

Seeing Emerald praising him, a little wave of confidence rushed through Zane's veins. He gave him a subtle nod before speaking.

"So tell me what is it about me that makes me ugly? Come on! And if you have got nothing to say, it's alright because I've got something to say about some of your secret behind your beautiful faces. " Zane said starring directly at all of thier faces. It was the first time Zane had ever faced them like that.

They all looked at each other asking each other what they should say?

"Before you say anything let me tell you that if you're gonna say that I'm gay. I'm a fag and that's why I'm ugly then it only gonna make you look ugly and disgusting and also it doesn't count. "
