The next day when Zane woke up, Emerald wasn't there. He got up and took a shower and came out of the shower just in his black boxers, stood in front of the mirror and was arranging his wet hair with his fingers.

"Those are quite the boxers." Emerald appeared in the room and complimented him.

Zane's attention shifted at him, he was leaning on the corner wall close to the bathroom and his arms crossed over his torso.

"Oh stop it Emerald , you're making me blush." Zane threw his hand in air.

"What?" I think those boxers aee nice." Emerald smirked, seeing Zane getting a little flustered.

"Stop it, Emerlad!" Zane groaned and told him to stop.

"Ohhh Look at you, all shy and blushy, Zanie." Emerald liked to tease Zane.

"Stop it I said!" Zane shouted.

"Wait...." Zane's eyes widened.

"What did you just call me?" Zane asked totally taken aback by Emerald calling him Zanie.

No one has ever called him that. Emerlad was the first to call him by that name. He liked the sound of it though.

"Zanie. Why? You don't like it?" Emerald asked with a subtle smile on his face.

"No, I do. It's just no one has ever cllaed me that."

"So you do like it huh?" Emerald cooed, pushing his hands in his jeans's pocket.

"No, I mean, I don't mind if you want to call me that." Zane shrugged and grbbaed his black jeans and put it on, follwed by a peachy-pink t-shirt.

"Zane!" Noel greeted him as he entered in the school hallway.

"Heyy Noel!' Zane almost forgot that he has a friend now.

"How are you?" Noel asked.

"I'm Good. Thank you!" Zane smiled.

"Good. Zane, I would like you to meet Danielle. She' my friend and she wants be your friend too." Noel excitingly introduced Dainelle to Zane.

Zane looked at Danielle with a smile, she was a brunette, average height, she got the curves and had green eyes.

"Heyy, I'm Zane, It's very nice to meet you Danielle. And sure I'll really like to be your friend." Zane said, offering to shake hands.

Danielle gladly shook hands with him "I saw how much bravery you showed yesterday. And Noel also told me a lot about you. He was so smitten by you in just one day. " Danielle looked at Zane then at Noel.

"Well he's quite intersting and fun." Noel chripped, wrapping his arm over Zane's shoulders.

There were still like fifteen minutes left for their first class to start. So they were conversing with each other, and Noel told how he loves food and told some jokes here and there.

"Guys it's time for my science class, I gotta go, I'll see you in the cafeteria." Danielle glanced at her watch.

"See ya Danielle." Noel cooed.

"Heyy, it's almost time for our class too. Let's go we were five minutes late yesteday, so we better not be late today." Noel chuckled.

Emerald appeared in front of Zane.

"Yeah. Noel you go, I'll come in just a minute." Zane stopped to listen what Emerlad had to say.

"Heyy!" Zane smiled at him.
