"OH MY GOD COLBY THANK YOU I LOVE YOU" I say happily as I hug him.
"Haha okay okay stop. I allow you to date him but I want you to be careful. And don't get way too attached to him."
"Why are you telling me all this?"
"Because Brennen is the typical fuckboy. He hasn't had a relationship that lasted more than three or four months." My smile immediately turns into a pout.
"I-i didnt know that. I mean I want to have a relationship which will last. But don't worry I don't love him, I just like him. Okay?"
"Okay. I am just saying that because I dont want you to get sad."
"Thank you Colby. Also, is there any spare space I can fit a bed in and call it my bedroom?"
"Why? You dont want to sleep in Jake's room?"
"No i-"
"Is it because he pranked you? Its okay dont take it so personal. We were all like this during the first ever pranks."
"No its not-"
"And if you don't want to sleep in his room because of that i-"
"COLBY. Stop. This is not the reason. Its just.... If me and brennen date... I-he will- i dont want to go to his apartment because its fucking haunted. And I know our house is too but it feels a lot safer here."
"hmm I see. So you are telling me that you want to spend time in a room alone with Brennen."
"Well isnt that what couples do Colby?"
"I guess you are right. I will see what I can do. But be careful. I'm telling you I dont want you to do any stupid shit with him. Its not that I dont love him or so, I'm just warning you because I know"
"Thank you Colby. I really appreciate it. And don't worry I will not do anything I will later regret."
"Glad to hear that" I hug him once more and go outside to call Brennen.
Brennen's POV
This is so great. Colby gave me his premmision to date Nat. Is she wants to, of course. I really want to ask her out today so that I will have the chance to tell her.
*ring ring bitch💀*
Huh? Who is calling me at that time? I look at my phone and see Natalie's name on the screen (Nat😻👅) What the hell? I pick up and she sounds so excited.
"hey Brennen"
"Hi beautiful. What's up? You sound really happy"
"yeah well I kinda told Colby I like you and he told me that you have talked and blah blah blah. is it true?" oh my god. Fuck yes baby
"wow really? Hell yeah its true. Oh god you just made me so happy. So do you want to go on a date with me tonight?"
"Fuck yeah I do. Where are we going?" I'm the happiest person on earth right now.
"Oh can't tell you that. Its a surprise."
"Brennen you have to tell me. I need to know what to wear."
"Ugh okay. I was thinking a fancy restaurant. What do you say?"
"I love it"
"Great. I'll pick you up at..." I checked the time. 5:38pm "...8?"
"I'll be ready."
"Great. See you, bye"
"By babe"
Did she just call me babe? I'm losing my mind. I swear I will not allow myself to turn this into one of my past relationships. I let out a scream and get off the couch to start getting ready.
