Devyn's POV

I know. I know Jake likes Natalie. I can see it in the way he looks at her. Actually, anyone with a brain can tell. And this is the exact reason why the other guys haven't realized it. It's better that way though. I feel like if any of the guys find out, they will tell colby and pretty much things are going to get messed up.

I will not tell Nat though. I know I should, because I want to know her feelings towards him but I feel like I shouldn't. At least not yet

Nat's POV

We are all seated on the couches and talking about how things are going, for our relationships, not that I have one, and generally we got to keep up with each other

"Hey Nat want me to get your suitcase upstairs in our room? Dev will show you your bed and you can take you time to change and get settled in"

"Oh that'd be lovely. Thanks Corey. And devyn"

"No problem sweetie lets go"

I thanked Corey for taking my suitcase up and devyn left he room after she made sure I knew where anything I could possibly need is located. I changed in a pair of shorts and a comfy hoodie (best outfit y'all), grab .y phone and go downstairs.

Everyone is still sitting on the couch looking for a movie to watch as I can tell. I sit down between Colby and Jake asking the latter for the wifi password.

"Are you okay? Did cor and dev helped you? Do you know where everything is? If you ne-"

"Colby stop" I said laughing "I'm okay. Thank you. If I need anything I will tell you."

"Okay. I just want to feel like you're home"

"Thanks. I am. Really. So what movie are we watching?"

"Um we were discussing about watching a horror movie, if you're okay with it" said Aaron.

"Oh yeah no problem by me" ha liar. I'm pretty sure I'll poop my pants. I'm really easily scared and idk if I'll make it without screaming at least 5 times. Hopefully I'll hug Colby if I feel really scared.

"Okay cool then. Lemme get some food" said Colby walking towards the kitchen. I grab my phone and go through Instagram, placing my head on Jake's right shoulder. I "unfold" my legs so they take up Colby's seat and I feel Jakes head leaning onto mine. I smile and open the camera on my phone. He sees it and we make a funny face. I can feel his shoulder vibrate when he laughs so i start laughing too and soon we both laugh uncontrollably without reason

Everyone looks at us and they start laughing as well. Colby returns with 3 big pizzas and goes "um okay. I really dont know why I'm living under the same roof with y'all"

I was having a great time laughing until corey pressed play and the movie started. Idek what movie we are watching but I can already tell its scary as shit.

Jake's POV

Lmaoo I really needed that laughing session. I feel so happy whenever shes around. As soon as Aaron pressed play , her laugh died down completely and I could tell she is scared. I mean we all are. This movie had a 9.1 rating which makes it fucking scary.

At one point, there is a jumpscare and  devyn screamed. I turn around and see Corey hugging her. Damn they a cute ass couple. As soon as Dev screamed, Nat grabbed and squeezed my hand. I look down at her and whisper "are you scared?"

"I was this close to shit my pants are you kidding me? Hey um jake, can I hug you? I feel safer when I'm hugging someone while watching a horror movie" she asked me smiling

"yes of course dont even ask. Come here" I wrapped my arm around her shoulders and she kept squeezing my hand in every scary scene until the end of the movie.

Aaron's POV

When the film ended I opened my phone to see that it was only 11pm. It's way to early. I feel like I need to do a prank. But I cant do it by my self. I get up and go to the kitchen from where I text Colby to come here and help me pull this of

Two minutes later I explain the plan to him and had him go outside from the back door. So how this is gonna go is Colby will be outside on the backyard and will take the window at random times. its not that scary but considering the fact that we just watched the scariest film, I really hope I'll get them.

I head back to the living room and wait for Colby to do his job.

"Did you guys like the movie?" I asked

"Well I did shit myself a bit but it was nice" corey answered and we laughed.

Suddenly there was a loud tap on the window and even though I knew it was Colby, I got scared myself.

"Oh my god. Did you hear that? What the fuck is that?" Asked devyn terrified. I was really hoping to scare Nat cause its her first day in the house and you know us, but after a few seconds she said that; "oh come one guys. Do you really believe that someone is out there? Well I mean yeah there is but its just Colby. I'm 100% sure. Yeah i shat myself at first but as you see, he's not here so he is probably out there"

"Whoa well it kinda makes sense" said Jake

"Damn it I thought you would be to one who got scared the most" i said disappointed

"Hahahaha its okay you have many more opportunities to prank me aaron

"I guess. Wait let me go get Colby"

Nat's POV

We spent the rest of the night, well until like 2:30am chatting and playing around. I say goodnight to everyone and head upstairs with Corey and Devyn

"So what did you think of your first day as one of the roommates?" Corey asked me

"It was amazing. You guys are fantastic thank you"

"No problem Nat. Goodnight. oh and if you need anything we will be here"

"Thank you. Goodnight"
