Nat'S POV

4:30am

Me and Devyn are the only ones awake and everyone else is passed out on the couch.

"So how is it going with brennen?" She whispered

"It's actually great. But I think he only wants me for sex" I answered. And honestly, I believers it but I like him so much.

"Oh I see. It's very possible, sorry to say that. But as much as I've known brennen this is what he does"

"Pff I don't know. Oh Devyn?"

"What?"

"Can you keep a secret?"

"Of course Nat. You can trust me with anything."

"Good. I don't want to lose my v card to brennen"

"What? I thought.."

"Yeah I know.. I'm really confused right now, I don't know what I want. Anyway, thanks. I think I'll go to bed. Goodnight Devyn" I said with a smile and made my way to the room

Hmm maybe I could sleep on Jakes bed. I haven't slept in a bed for a long time I thought to myself and climbed on his bed

The next morning

Sam'S POV

I wake up from a loud thud only to turn around and see colby on the floor.

"What happened?" Groaned Corey

"Colby fell off the couch. What time is it?" I asked scratching my head.

"2:43pm" answered Aaron.

"Shit we slept all day. Where are the girls?"

Jake was right, we were by ourselves

"Probably upstairs sleeping" said Colby

"True. Fuck I'm so tired I'm going to sleep for 3 more hours. If you need anything call me"

"Okay Jake. Don't wake Nat up"

"Don't worry I won't"

Jake's POV

I'm tired as shit and I didn't even do something tiring. Whatever.

I enter my room and Nat is sleeping on my bed. She is adorable. I quietly lay on the mattress which smells like her. I'm in heaven. I admire her features when she changed her position and I quickly turn around and go to sleep. I don't want her to know I like her. It will make things awkward between us and this is the last thing I want. Plus, she is dating Brennen

Nat'S POV

4pm. Shit.

I turn around and see Jake sleeping on the mattress. I have to admit, the bed is soooo comfortable, I wouldn't mind sleeping there forever.

I put on a pair is sweats, a tshirt and brush my hair.

"Good morning" I say as I walk into the living room.

"Hello Nat. What do you think?" Sam asked me while showing me some decorations he put up for the party.

"It looks really good. Nice job" I answer with a smile.

"Thanks. Is Jake still asleep?"

"Uh yeah. Do you want me to wake him up?"

"Yeah if you can. We need to look through the guests list"

"Alright."

"Thanks Nat"

I walk up and slowly open the door. He looks so peaceful. I don't want to wake him up

I lightly shake him and whisper "Jake? Jake wake up its 4pm"

He groans and gets up

"Ah shit. Sam told you to wake me up right?"

"Yeah he said you must look through a list or something"

"Oh yeah. Thanks. Tell him I'll be down in a second"

"Okayy"

I sit on the couch and see that brennen has texted me

Brennen💓: how did you sleep?
Me: great. I slept on a bed after a long time
Brennen💓: whose bed?
Me: Jake's. But don't worry he slept in the living room
Brennen💓: there was not another spare bed in the whole house?
Me: don't be like that. You know me and Jake share a room. I'm practically sleeping on the floor and yesterday I saw a chance to have a good sleep.
Brennen💓: whatever. I'm coming over today.
Me: great!! What time?
Brennen💓: idk
Me: what's gotten into you?
Brennen💓: wym
Me: don't "wym" me. I told you there is no reading to get mad
Brennen💓: ok see you today
Me: whatever. Be as stubborn as you want. I know I'm right

Bitch. What the fuck was that?

"Colby? Can I talk to you?"

"Yeah sure what happened?"

"Is Brennen coming over today?"

"Yeah I told him to come chill and play some video games. Plus I thought you'd like to see him"

"Yeah um we just had a small fight"

"What? Why? What did he-"

"Woah wait. He just got mad because I told him I slept on Jake's bed but Jake wasn't even IN the room"

"I see. He is just jealous. I will talk to him today."

"Thanks Colbs. I love you" I say while hugging him

"I love you too."

"What time is he coming over?"

"In about an hour"

"Okay I'll go wear something nice"

"Haha go and be careful. Tonight we are all going to be out of the house"

"I'll be by myself?"

"Worst case scenario I might let brennen stay here until we get back"

I smile

"Yess please"

"I'll see"

"Thank youuuu. Also why will you be out?"

"We will go look for apartments"

"At night?"

"Umm yeah why?"

"I'm just asking"

"Just go get ready"

"Okayyy"

Why would they go look for a house at night? Whatever. This might be the chance to confirm my theory of whether brennen is only dating me to have sex
