Chapter 19- DATE TIME

I just moved so y'know super busy.

"Peace Aph." Katelyn looked at her watch making sure it was 8.

"Wait Katelyn are you sure it's ok if you go out on your own." Aph asked nervously.

"I'm fine Aph if I need anything I'll call you."

"Mmk but you better be here before midnight missy."

"If it makes you happy." I slammed the door right before I said that.

I didn't tell her that I was going on a date with Travis because she's make a big deal.

That also meant I didn't dress fancy for the date because then Aph would know FOR SURE.

Well I went sort of fancy, sort of casual.

I meet him at his house, hoping nobody was watching.

I put on a dark jacket to blend in with the night sky color.

I knocked on the door and looked through the window to make sure nobody else was home.

Somebody answered. Somebody with a hood over their head.

I screeched as they put their hand on my shoulder.

"Katelyn. It is I...."

Third person POV now...

Her eyes kept DARTING (NO AUTOCORRECT NOT FARTING) around.
Her head was spinning in confusion.

"Travis..." He said as he undid his hood, his tongue stuck out and he wiggled it.
He was wearing...

"You know I wasn't scared." She looked away.

But he kept his eyes on her.
"You actually dressed up... a little."

"Pfft whatever." She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

"This is going to be a long night." She grabbed his ear.

"I hope so."

She tugged at it harder.

"Ow ow ow ow..." He said all the way until they got in the car.

"Where are we going?" She stares at the road one hand through the window grabbing the top of the car, and the other holding up her chin.

"That's for me to know and you to find out."

"No fair. 21 questions?"  She immediately spun her head around and looked at him.

"NOPE!" He grinned while looking at the road.

"Yesssssss." She swung her hair.

"Noooooo." He said trying not to let out a chuckle.

"Please..." She batted her eyes.

"Don't you even try that..." He looked away to get away from her piercing gaze.

She pouted,
"You're no fun." She punches his arm.

"ExCUUUUUSE me! I am soooooo fun!" He stopped the car.

"Is this where we are going?" She stares at the nice looking 4-star cafe.

"Yup." He looks to see her face.

"Sweet!" She says grinning.

He opens the door of the car to let her out, but when his eyelids pop open... she is already out.

"Thanks door-k." She winks.

"Was that a... PUN?????!!!!!!"  He looks st her SHOCKED.

"Maybe." She runs inside.

"Hey no fair!" He runs in after her.

"Hmph." Says Rose as she just arrives in this...
