You tugged on your skirt as you looked for a new book. You had to study for upcoming tests. The library was most likely your favorite place on campus. The librarians are so kind and plus who doesn't love to read romance novels? You phone begins to vibrate. You set your books into one arm and struggled to grab your phone. You smiled at the name. This whole pretending to be Park Jimin's girlfriend was probably the best "yes" you had in a while although you did start to develop feelings for the soft boy after weeks of pretending. Maybe you liked him for a long time and now just realizing it? Who knows you were happy. For once you didn't care that Sunmi tried to say any and every racist thing to you. Your skin, your hair, your personality, as Jimin said was beautiful. He made you feel beautiful. You slid the green phone to the side and held it on your shoulder so you can use both arms to keep searching.

"Yo," you whispered trying to be quiet as possible.

"Hey, where are you? I haven't seen you all day! I miss youu~" he sang. Your heart flutter as you bite your bottom lip.

"Aww, I miss you too chim. I'm at the library but I know you hate the smell of it so we can meet up else where-" he cuts you off.

"No, I'll suffer if that means I can hang with my favorite girl," you take note of one of the boys voices in the background. Jin maybe? Even so a smile inched onto your lips.

"Yeah-okay. I'll see you too...um Jimin," Jimin hums in the background. You heard someone scolding Jimin. Definitely Jin. "I-I lo-never mind I'll see you later." Jimin chuckles. You were a coward.

"See you too!" You hung up the phone. A loud noise making you jump. You turned around and saw a red book. Peeking to the side you noticed Sunmi figure walking out the library. You looked at the item on the floor. Your eyebrows raised as you touched the red cover of the book, you flipped it over. Your eyes widen with confusion and fear.

"The lies beneath us," you whispered.

Your eyes grew tired as you turned to the last homework assignment of the night. A tired smile played onto your lips as you slide your phone closer to you. It's been over an hour or two since Jimin called you. You haven't heard from him. You placed the phone onto your ear after you dialed his number.

"(Y/N)?" Jimin answered he sounded tired. Probably from basketball practice. Wait did he have practice today?

"Yeah-are you okay?" You heard movement in the background.

"Um hm why wouldn't I?" You shrugged to no one.

"You just sound tired, practice?" The line grew quiet for a bit your eyebrows furrowed. "Jimin-ah!" You felt hands on your shoulders. You turned around and saw Jimin with a smile. He placed a kiss onto your temple.

"I'm sorry I was late. My teacher made me stay behind." You smiled as he took a seat next to you. He place your hand in his and played with it. Out of character for someone who's being so affectionate to someone who's pretending to be his girlfriend but you weren't complaining. No complaints at all.

"About what?" You move some of his blond hair from his face loving the feeling how soft it was. He eyed your hands.

"I'm failing anatomy," he whispered. You sighed caring deeply about your boyfriend-best friend.

"Park Jimin now your ass know that I had anatomy last year and passed with an A. Why didn't you ask me for help?" Jimin shrugs.

"I didn't want you to think I'm hopeless," you smacked his nice thigh making him glare at you.

"Welp, I guess we have plans tomorrow now don't we?"

"Huh?" You take your hand out of his and start to pack up your things.

"I can help you tomorrow since it's Friday and we don't have classes...uh a study date." You smiled at the thought of being alone with Jimin it's been a while since you have.

"Actually I can't I have plans with the boys." You scratched your afro.

"Oh, I can't sunday I leave later Saturday since I don't have classes all week I wanted to visit my family." Jimin intertwines his fingers with yours as he leads you out of the library.

"Aww what? I haven't seen you all day and now you're leaving for a week. How am I gonna to live." He opens up the door for you. Now noticing something different about you.

"Oh shit are those beautiful legs I see?" You looked down. You forgot that you were wearing a skirt.

"Oh yeah. A change indeed." You grab his hand and began to walk. "Since we're both busy is now good? I don't want you to fail." Jimin gave a sad smile.

"Aren't you tired? I don't want you to fall asleep during your drive." You shove his shoulder witn yours.

"No I'm good just buy me some food and we're good." Jimin rolls his eyes and wrap an arm around you shoulder.

"Okay, I'm gonna change real quick." Jimin nods as you walk into your bathroom. He looks around your room. It's been a while since he's been in here and it changed. Your bedding was now white and you changed your paintings on the wall. The one thing that didn't change was the picture of him and you when you first met in high schol. When life was complicated but now it's even more.

"Jimin?" Jimin turns around.

"You kept it?" He asked his voice wanting to give up on him. You nod.

"Yeah-you walked behind him-it was the best day for me...I made my very first friend." Jimin breath hitched as you hugged him from behind. "Thank you for being my friend. " Jimin turns around and notices your big smile. At that moment he didn't know what happened. His lips were attacking yours. He places his hands on your waist and pulls you closer like his life depends on it. Your fingers plays with his hair. It felt foreign to him, a good or bad one? He pushes you away.

"I-I can't," he says as he walks back from you. Your eyebrows furrowed.

"Can't what? We can actually be a couple. I-I like no love you Jimi-

"I had sex with Sunmi-your eyes widen-I want to be with her...I'm sorry."
