Personality: Zaire is...bright to say the last. He stands out, which is no surprise because of his color. Zaire is a real people person, always wanting to interact and make new friends. Because what's the point of having a lot of friends when you can have even more? Unfortunately when he was younger he didn't always have the opportunity to make a lot of friends his age but he still met new people and impressed him on how much of a good boy he was. He's pretty excitable and energetic, always up for fun activities rather than professional royal work. He finds it hard to stay still, simply because there's a lot more he could be doing. He gets tired of things pretty fast and gets new ideas faster than he can finish his old ones. When he really has to though, he'll get his assignments finished.
Although, he isnt like that all the time. He gets in what he calls 'moods' where he becomes withdrawn and quiet. Just tired. Although he is able to focus a lot more on his tasks. The downside is that he'll start snapping at people that bother him. And then apologize later because he feels bad but still. Usually lack of sleep and too much stress will bring these episodes on but they don't happen too often.
He's always had a good relationship with his family. Of course they had to act more professional in public, but behind the doors of their palace they were actually very close. Busy, but they found time for each other whenever they could.
Likes: • The first thing that comes to mind is the color green. Zaire loves all the different shades of green. Not to mention bright neon lights. • Meeting new people and making friends, obviously. • Doing things himself, in his own way. He is a strong independent woman who don't need no man. • Mints and gum, ironically. • The sound of laughter. • Hoodies and fluffy blankets. Lots of pillows. • Fancy clothes. Don't argue. • PAINTING. He loves paint. Although he makes more Jackson Pollic type paintings and stuff. Acrylic pouring. • Oh singing! He loves to sing too. Actually does it so often it's a problem. He listens to music whenever he can and has a really good voice actually.
Dislikes: • People who are rude for no reason. • Littering. He will call out people for doing that. Not that he sees it very often I mean nobody litters in front of the prince. • Humidity. Its humid where he lives and he hates it. • Hats. • Reading or having to read anything. He's dyslexic and he despises it. It makes him feel different, like he's stupid. So he'll usually have someone read what he needs to read to him. When he was a young lad he disliked his tutors because they ended up getting frustrated with him. Hides this fact from pretty much everyone. • Getting his hands dirty. He'll wear gloves and stuff if he's working with dirt. • Physical or verbal conflict • Spicy food or too much junk food.
Fears: • Getting yelled at. He's tries very hard and getting yelled at just destroys him. • Irrational fear of everyone hating him, or just not liking him in general. • Being lied to or ignored.
Strengths: • Amiable and good mannered, gets along well with officials and other people. • Excellent at multitasking, especially when several people are talking at once. • He can remember anything he hears pretty well, much more of an auditory learner. • Strong artistic and athletic wise, although he enjoys art much more. • Smells nice. Like peppermint or cherry blossoms for some strange reason.
Weaknesses: • Anything to do with reading and writing. He struggles with that, as well as doing math on paper. He's good at math, but just can't write it down. His handwriting is practically chicken scratch. Although he is ambidextrous. • Sometimes he's a little too overwhelming, especially when he's had sugar. • Gets bored easily. • When he's really tired or stressed he gets frustrated and snappish.
District/Guarding Color: Minty
Power: Can make people feel certain sensations. Like for example, being tickled, or a big crawling across their skin, or even a hug. He can only do this if he can see them, and this includes over video so virtual hugs! However he can only do this twice a day, and three on Sundays. Don't ask why.
What do you want from the selection?: Make friends! Oh and find a partner, obviously. He's a little nervous about that actually, because he's never been in a real relationship. He's excited to meet people from different cultures too and learn all he can.
Other: Even though it kinda seems like it, he doesn't have any attention or hyper disorders. He's just a smiley boi. His parents always make sure there's someone close by to help him read things, even if he doesn't like it.
