-ALEX!-Tess screamed.She pressed her hands on his bloody stomach trying to stop the blood flow.-Alex!Stay with me...-

-I would move if I were you...-A voice said and Tess looked up.

-You?!-She said looking at the guard that followed her the other day.

-Yes me, it's funny how I infiltrated so quickly, now move girl, I need him dead...-

-No!Leave him alone!- Tess moved so she was still stopping the blood flow, but she was now between the man and Alex.

-Tess...-Alex whispered.-Leave...-

-I'm not leaving you...he'll kill you over my dead body!-

-With pleasure!-The man said and pointed the gun towards Tess.

He shot again but this time the bullet hit Tess on the side.

She bent of pain, as blood started piercing trough her shirt.

-Say your last preys, 'cause you're both dying today...-

Two gun shoots and the man fell dead in front of them.The real guards came rushing to them.One grabbed Tess and the other carried Alex.

Because of the blood loss, Tess was feeling dizzy

-Alex...-She whispered as she couldn't keep her eyes open anymore.

-I'm still here...-His whisper came from behind, but Tess was too tired to look around.

Her eyes closed and she didn't remember anything else.

---At the White House---

-Sir just put the gun down!-FBI agents said.

His gun was pointed at the presidents head and he was demanding top secret government papers.

-We have a clear view at the target...-A sniper said to the FBI agent.

-Kill him...-

Not long after the man fell dead.

-Sir I think you should go to the hospital...-Secret service agent said.

-I'm fine...-

-It's about miss Tess, she's been shot...-

 -What?-

-We still don't know the details but we know that she survived just because of your brother...-

-My brother?Peter?How?-

-I'll explain it to you on our way to the hospital sir...-

Tess woke up a few hours later...She was alone in the room a but there were people out side.

Although the pain in her right hip was unbearable, she stood up ripping off the tubes from her body and slowly walked to the glass door.

-Tess!Get back in bed you need to rest!-

-Alex, how's Alex?-

-He fine, he got transfusion just like you, now get back to bed!-Her mother and the nurse made Tess lie down again, while hooking her up with the tubes.

-Who was the donor?-

-Your uncle Peter...-The nurse said and left the room.

Tess was confused and it puzzled her even more.

When her father came it was visible that he also didn't have a peaceful day.

They talked and Tess grabbed her opportunity to once and for all clear Alex' file.

She accused the man that shot both her and Alex to be her kidnapper.

When her father left she called one of the nurses.

-Doy you still have my uncle's blood?-

-Well I think the bag in which it was was thrown...-

---A few hours later...---

-I've got the results...-The nurse came back.-He's not your uncle...he's your father...-

Tess nodded shocked.

She expected something like this.

The nurse left the room and Tess wondered, if her life would be any different if she grew up with her uncle-father....
