I FELL OF A HORSE AND OOOOOOW

THE TITLE IS PRETTY MUCH SELF EXPLANATORY, but the story is kinda funny. I got to ride today with a horse that I could actually work with, we were in the ring area and the horse in front of me started cantering, me not knowing how to act towards cantering I kinda lost control, I ended up falling forwards still cantering, at some point I turned and saw the sky as I fell, this is where it gets funny. My first thoughts were, 'huh, I'm falling off a horse. WAIT IM FALLING OFF A HORSE, ha! I'm falling off a horse!' Yeah I'm so stupid it's funny at one point the sides of my vision where white and I got confused, but I ended up turning and I opened my eyes seconds later to be on the ground on my stomach. My vision had no color, everything was a shade of gray. The first thing I did was grit my teeth and grip the sand under me because I noticed the pain in my left hip. Holy crap it hurt soooo bad. I looked to my right and saw the horses hooves and knew I should probably get up, but I couldn't. Now my thoughts where, 'ow, ow, ow, ow, why does my hip hurt so badly? I am so gonna tell everyone on about this, they'll think it's hilarious.' But then I started panicking, I'm not gonna lie my eyes tear end up a bit and my thoughts transitioned to worrying if my hip was broken. The instructor came over and helped me up a bit, it hurt to stand but then she pointed out my elbow, I looked over and it was really bloody, it is now as well.

I started smiling because I'm so used to doing that in negative situations but I still can't believe I SMILED at that, God I'm stupid.

Short story short I ended up getting back on but only walked, my neck is tense from the fall and I think my hip will bruise and I got blood on the horse, so oops. But whatever, I'm okay, I think.
