hope (Evan Hansen x reader)

chapter 1

I wake up to Zoe yelling at Conner. Did I really have to wake up to this!? It's the first day of school people! No need to make it worse! I sit up, still hearing the yelling loud and clear. The walls are very thin. I walk over to Conners room. I stare at Zoe.  "Zo, eather stop the yelling or I will punch you square in the face."  I say, calm yet angry. She looked shocked for a slip second before glaring at an then walking off.

"Con, pleas get up, you won't get your coffee or weed if you don't get up."  I'm the only one who knows his weaknesses. He jolts up and runs over to his dresser, I close the door so he can change. I walk back to my room to change out of my PJ's. I put on a pear of jeans, a sweatshirt to cover my scares, and my confers(or any other shoe.) I grab my phone from it's charger and I walk downstairs.

" I already said I'll go tomaroww!" Oh no....this will not end well. "Look at him he's probebly high." Zoe nods. "He's definitely high." I glare at them. "He's not! Con let's go." He nods and I drag him out the door to the park. The only place he can be calm.

We walk for twenty minuets. "Con we better head to school. I won't make you go tomaroww but at least for today." I say. He nods."Ok. As long as I get my weed back." I laugh and nod. We walk out of the park and we head to hel- I mean school! 

~mini time skip~

I enter the school with Conner. I hope this school gets blown up soon. I know we only have a year left but....I can't take it! Everyone hates me and Conner! I don't know why! I just want this whole thing to end. As we walk down the hall we hear the most earatating voice you could ever hear!

"You Conner, (y/n) love the hair. Very school shooter chick." Jared klienman. (I love Jared but in this book you have to hate him I'm sorry if you love him as well.) He laughed at his own joke. "...it was a joke." He says. "Oh no it was hilarious, I'm laughing can't you tell!"oh shit he didn't get his coffee this morning.

"AM I NOT LAUGHING LOAD ENOUGH FOR YOU!" He might expload. "Sorry he didn't get his coffee this morning."I say to him and this bow with a cast.(who was there the whole time.) "Con, lay off. Don't let him get into your head. " I say. Then the cast boy awkwardly caughs."What are you laughing at!?" Says con. "Con, he caughed. And if he did laugh it would be because of Jared stupidity." I turn to cast boy."what's your name?" I ask.

-Evans pov-

I look into they bueatifull (e/c) eyes. I then realized I haven't said anything and I looked stupid. "E-Evan Hansen." I reply.   they nod. "Nice name." Was there reply. I blushed.

"Can I sign your cast?" They  asks. By this time Conner has already left. "S-sure." I say grabing a sharpy(I can't spell) they wrote there name small enough to still see. I smiled. "See you around Evan Hansen." They said. I waved as they walked off.

~YOUR pov!~

I walked to home room.

(Im not in high school so ima go with my middle school classes.*finger guns*this might be changed next year.(cause I will be in high school then))

Math. Why do people have to have this class in the morning! We don't need to use our brains! I walk in with my stuff. I just sit in the back. Like always.

The teacher walked in signalling that class has started. I groand as the teacher started talking. The lesson was very boring and I didn't like it.

After math....I went to science. Yay.....not really I hate it. The teacher tells the worst jokes ever!(I lowkey like my teachers jokes.....no judging.)

I wanted to leave so badly but my instinct said  'it's just 1 year. You can do this' so I listend to it. For once. (Ima try to make the reader not as rebellious as Conner, but tell me if you don't like it.)

After science we had history! I l9ve history! I can't even explain it! Right know where learning about the revilotinary war. Wich is AWESOME!(my friend says I'm being annoying because I keep singing hamilton.) I know a but about it but not a whole lot.

Conners in this class with me. We just sing hamilton under our breaths so only we can hear. I really enjoyed it.

After the bell rang I went to lunch. I walked through the metal doors and looked around. Crouded as always. People talking and chatting with there friends. While I just sit with Conner. As always.

I walk through the cafeteria to see Evan sitting by himself. I walk up to him. "Hey ev! Can I sit with you?"I ask. He blushes like mad, I think it's cute. He's also very nervause. He nods after a minute of just sitting and sweating. "S-sure!" He finally says. I smile. Evan is adorable.

"How was class?"I ask him. "I-it was g-good." I nod. "Sooo....... why do you hang out with Jared? Just wondering." I say. "I don't have a choice."he didn't stutter that time. I was shocked my his answer. "He's a 'family friend' he only wants to be friends for his car insurance. " he puts air quotes around family friend. Must be what jared says. I noded. "Well count me as a real friend!"I reply. He smiles. By this time Conner has finally dicieded to join me in the cafeteria.

"What took you so long? I got worried." I say truthfully. "Sorry my teacher mad us stay longer." I nod. I turn back to Evan. "So....why girls you like?"I ask getting off topic. Like waaaayy off topic. He blushes a deep crimson.

"U-u-uh.....n-n-no-o I d-dont h-ha-have a crush on a-any-o-one."he says. (I can't wright Evan stuttering. I need help with that....)

I nod. Con sat next to me. We just talked till the bell rang.

~ Evan's pov ~

I just lied. I do have a crush but they can't know.....cause it's them. I used to like Zoe but know that I've meat them...... she just seams like a girl people only like for looks or somthing....I don't know.... I might not have even liked zoe. But no matter. I just head to class like that never happened.
