"Hermione," His voice was low. Calm. Taunting. "Do you realize what I'm going to say?" I watch his hand on his wand. I hate the voice he's using. It reminds me of the Death Eaters. I shake on his bed and switch back into a human. I shkae my head at him.
"Tell me, Mudblood." Stop. STOP! I take shallow breaths quickly. The same voice he used as his cousin. As if he know's something more than me. As if nothing bad is actually happening. Like his cousin. He used the same voice as his cousin. But he's not like his cousin. Right? I shake my head violently. Sirius would never end up like Bellatrix. He hates her. But a voice comes forward.
'They're related, aren't they? Sirius is just as crazy as her.' No. He can't. He wouldn't. I need Harry. Harry. Or Fred. I close my eyes. It will go away. Sirius won't end up like Bellatrix. RIght? Right.
I hope.
"Come on, Hermione. Tell me what you know I'm going to say." I gulp. Tell me.
"Tell me..." I rub my forehead. Go away, nightmares. Leave me. I close my eyes and will myt brain not to be swarmed with images.
"Uh," I open my eyes to look at Sirius. He's not Bellatrix. Same blood, but they're different. I keep trying to convince myself that. "I shouldn't run away from you." Sirius sighs. His mask starts to fade away.
"Hermione," HE begins softly, in a more Sirius voice. "I take care of you. I know you fought in a war, but really, you have to listen to be. It could me worse." I bite my lip so I don't interupt him. In this timeline, had I told him about me being tortured yet? Do the Weasley's know yet? They should. I nod at him.
"You're right." He smiles at me.
"Good. Now, Harry brought you here early and you must be tired. Lay down and sleep, Yip." He brushes a hand over my head and starts to walk out of the door. "Sweet dreams!" He smiles, and shuts the door behind him, leaving it unlocked. I can't sleep. He didn't put charms on. My eyes start to close. Well, I think. I'm a teeny bit tired. I fall down on the bed and curl up in a ball, falling fast asleep.
I think I'm screaming. I don't know about what, though. I didn't dream about Malfoy Manor, because I'm not hurting. My throat hurts badly;like a sore throat gone wrong. I hear the door burst open and bang against the wall. Voices are shouting, and someone is rubbing my arm and whispering. Do they want me to wake up? What do they want me to do?
My voice starts to get quieter, and I'm able to comprehend what I was dreaming about. Fred. The wall. But I can't talk about it because he never died! Should I say it was from Malfoy Manor? Does anyone know yet about that besides Harry and Ron? My voice starts to die down, and my thought return back to normal. I blink open my eyes, and see Harry sitting on the bed next to me, watching me worridly. SIrius is standing by the door, his arms crossed. Ron is by the window, looking at his wand with his brows furrowed.
"I'm sorry I forgot to put on a silence charm." Sirius said.
"It's fine," I said, waving my hand. My voice was scrtachy. "I'm gonna head back to the Burrow." I sat up and looked pointedly at Sirius. He widened his eyes and unlocked the drawer, handing me everything. I put them all in the pocket of my sweats, and go back to the Burrow. It's hotter in the living room. It must be around two, as I slept for awhile. No one's around, but Mrs. Weasley might be in the kitchen. I walk up the steps and head to Ginny's room. When I go inside, I realize there's only one bed. Not two.A/N Let me know if i really should post a sequel to this. Is it worth it?
