Lost Legends came out this summer and it was amazing, with the 3rd story, Don't Dimension It being my favorite.
It cleared up the whole "Mabel was too selfish" thing, which has been bothering us a lot.

as for her crushes, a lot of people think her having so many is bad but when Dipper went off and flirted with a bunch of girls without actually liking them it was considered "charming."

having crushes is normal for someone her age. and in the first ep, she says she wants an epic summer romance. but all her crushes ended up going away. she didn't get what she wanted. Dipper on the other hand, wanted mystery, adventure, and true friends.
