BEEP BEEP BEE-
Castiel rolled over and slammed his hand against his alarm clock, stopping the annoying sounds. He turned to go back to sleep, but there was a knock at his door.
"Hey brother! Time for school!" his brother, Gabe, yelled. Cas slowly sat up, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. He had just transferred to Kanas due to his Dad's job. It was the middle of September, and school had just started here.
He got out of bed and went to his closet, grabbing some clothes before leaving his room to go to the bathroom. He started the water and stepped in, taking a quick shower.
He was in and out in just a few minutes. He dried off with his towel before getting dressed. He had grabbed a navy blue button-up shirt and a black tie, matching his black pants and belt. He brushed his teeth and flattened his hair, before stepping out of the bathroom.
He jogged downstairs and found his brother sitting at the kitchen island. He gave a slight nod before slipping into his black dress shoes. He grabed his trench coat and back pack, and stole a peice of toast from Gabriel.
"Have fun, little brother," Gabe mumbled, just as Castiel walked out the door, toast in hand.
The walk to school was short and as soon as he arrived, he hated it. There were too many people and everyone looked at him like he was a freak. He already had his schedule, so he quickly made his way to his locker.
He opened the small door to his locker and took off his coat, hanging it inside. He grabbednthe things he needed for first period, and put everything else inside. He closed the door and began the search for his class, which wasn't too far away.
He took a seat in the front row and waited for class to start.

It wasn't exactly that Castiel was bad at math, he just hated the subject. He never knew when he was ever gonna use the things they taught, so he just spaced out for most of the class.
He only had one class left before lunch, and he couldn't wait. He grabbed his things from his locker and started towards the History room, which was on the far side of the school.
He kept his head down as he walked. He couldn't stand the judging eyes of the people around him. He only had to last this year, and then he was graduated, and didn't have to deal with any of these people any longer.
He let his mind drift as he walked, thinking of his old school and friends, but he was brought back to reality when he was knocked to the floor. His books flew out of his hands and across the floor, drawing attention to him.
He looked up to see a taller man on the floor in front of him. They locked eyes, and suddenly Cas felt very nervous under his green-eyed stare.
"Oh shit, sorry," he mumbled, scrambling to pick up his things. The other man laughed.
"Why are you saying sorry? I'm the one that ran into you," he said in a deep voice. Cas looked over to him, just to notice that the guy was holding a notebook out for him. He took it from him.
"Thank you," he said, running his fingers through his hair. The guy stood up, and Cas found that he was much taller than him.
"No problem. Are you new here?" he asked. Cas only nodded, looking away. "Well, I'm Dean." The man held his hand out for Cas to shake.
"Castiel," he responded, taking his hand. They shook hands, and both men were quite hesitant to pull away.
"I'll, see you later then," Dean said, green eye boring into Castiel's blue ones.
"I hope so," Cas said, pulling his hand away. He nodded once, before walking away quickly, not daring a glance back.
