Castiel slid into one side of the booth, while Dean slid into the one across from him.

"This place has some of the best burgers," Dean was saying, giving Cas a menu.

"Do they have anything else? That's all you've been talking about," Cas laughed, opening the menu. He noticed that the diner did have some other things, but not a lot.

"Not really. It's a small place," Dean shrugged. Castiel noticed that Dean didn't have a menu open in front of him.

"Aren't you eating?" he asked. Dean nodded.

"I am, but I already know what I want," he answered, running a hand through his hair. Castiel nodded, and figured out what he wanted.

"Hello, my name is Nicole, and I'll be your waitress this evening. Can I tak your order?" a blonde waitress said, taking out a notebook. She looked up at the boys, but when her eyes landed on Castiel, a blush creeped onto her cheeks as she smiled.

"Yes, I'll have the chicken sandwich with sprite, please," Cas said, placing his menu back where it had been previously. Nicole smiled sweetly.

"Sure thing, sweetheart. And, you?" she said, glancing at Dean before her eyes drifted to Castiel.

"I'd like the bacon cheeseburger with fries, and a glass of coke," he said, giving her a soft smile. She nodded, before turning back towards Cas.

"I'll be right out," she said, winking, before turning away. Dean sent her a glare, before turning back to his boyfriend. He leaned over the table slightly.

"So, how are you liking the city so far?" he asked. Castiel smiled.

"I love it here," he responded, putting his arm on the table and leaning on his hand. Dean sent back a small smile.

"Does it have anything to do with me?" Dean asked, being his usual cocky self.

"It might," Cas said back, running his other hand theough Dean's hair, laughing when Dean made a face.

"Why are you always touching my hair?" Dean asked, but he made no move to make Cas stop.

"Your hair is soft," he said, rubbing the strands between his fingers. He pulled away, and laughed at how messed up his hair was. Dean aised an eyebrow, and moved to fix his hair, just as their food. Nicole put their plates and glasses in front of them, and stood up. She fixed her shirt, showing more clevage than before.

"Is that all?" she asked, leaning forward towards Castiel.

"Yup, that's it. Thank you," Dean said, putting some hate in the look he gave her. She glared at him, before turning and walking away, swaying her hips more than necessary.

Dean sighed, taking a large bite of his sandwich. Castiwl took a bite of his, and his eyes went wide as he started to chew.

"This is delicious," he said, going to take another bite. Dean laughed.

"I told you they were good," Dean said, taking another large bite of his own.

"These arw the best sandwichs I've ever had," Cas said, smiling. He was already half-way down, but then again, so was Dean.

They finished their food quickly, and were just sipping on their drinks, talking.

"Tonight has been amazing. Thank you, Dean," Castiel said, placing both hands on the table in front of him. Dean reached over and took both of Cas' hands in his, rubbing his thumbs over the backs of them.

"Anything for my angel," Dean said, bring Castiel's hands to his lips. He kissed over each knuckle, before placing their hands back on the table.

"You know, I really hate our waitress," Dean said. Castiel narrowed his eyes and tilted his head, making him look adorable.

"And why is that?" he asked. Dean looked at him like he was crazy.

"Did you not notice how hard she was flirting with you? She was all over you!" Dean said. Castiel just laughed, head falling forward slightly. Dean raised an eyebrow. "Why are you laughing?"

"Are you jealous?" Castiel asked, looking back up at Dean.

"N-no, I am not! It's just, it was slutty the way she was flirting with you," Dean said, leaning back in his seat and crossing his arms, causing Cas to laugh again.

"You are too. You are jealous, of a slutty waitress," Cas laughed, leaning back in his own seat, noticing the blush that was on Dean's cheeks.

"Maybe a bit," Dean muttered, trying to will his blush away.

Speaking of the devil, Nicole showed up with their check, sliding it over to Cas before winking, and walking away. Castiel glanced over at Dean who was glaring at the girl, and smirked.

"C'mon Dean, you know I only have eyes for you," Castiel said, standing up. Dean followed, and plucked the bill from Castiel's hands before going to pay.

"I want to pay half," Cas said, standing next to Dean, but he had already giving the girl at the counter the money. She smiled at them.

"Too late," Dean responded. Nicole came and stood behind the register girl, who's name tag read 'Lidsey'. She was eyeing Castiel like he was the last piece of meat on the planet, and she was hungry.

"I'm sorry, but are you guys together?" Lidsey asked, gesturing between the 2 of them. Dean glared at Nicole one last time, before wrapping an arm around Castiel's waist, pulling him to his side.

"Yes, we are, actually," Dean stated proudly, a smile on his face. He looked down at his boyfriend before leaning down and pressing a kiss to Castiel's forehead. Lidsey squealed with delight.

"You guys are so cute together! I bet you guys are gonna get married some day," she said, unable to wipe the smile off her face. Dean glanced over at Nicole, who's face was red and was shooting daggers at Dean, who only offered a small smile.

"Well, if we do get married, I'll come by and show you the ring," Castiel said, laying his head on Dean's shoulder, smiling. Lidsey nodded.

"I'm holding that against you," she warned, handing Dean his change back. "Well, enjoy the rest of your evening." Dean thanked her, before leading Castiel out to the car.

They got in, and Castiel laughed.

"You're cute when you're jealous, you know that?" he said, grabbing Dean's hand.

"I don't like people messing with my property," Dean explained, pulling out of the parking lot to take Castiel home.

"So I'm your property now?" Cas asked. Dean nodded.

"You are mine, and people need to respect that," Dean said, squeezing Castiel's hand. Castiel laughed.

"Yes, baby. I'm yours," Cas said, leaning his head back. He brought Dean's hand up to his mouth and kissed the back, looking over at his boyfriend. Dean smiled over at him, adoration in his eyes.

"You better be," Dean said, pulling onto Castiel's street. He pulled up in front of the house, and looked over at him.

"I had a good time," Castiel whispered.

"So did I. Thank you for coming with me," Dean responded.

"Any time," Castiel said, running his fingers theough Dean's messed up hair one last time. Dean leaned over and kissed Castiel's forehead.

"I'll pick you up here tomorrow; it's supposed to rain again, but still bring an extra set of clothes," Dean said, pulling away. Castiel nodded, before hopping out of the car and going inside.
