"Deadpool."

Deadpool turned and looked behind him to see Spidey standing behind him.

"Well, this is a surprise." Deadpool replied, smirking under his mask.

"Shut up! All I want to know is why you're so interested in my son! The only reason why I'm here is because he wants to meet you personally, against my own judgment, mind you." Peter replied, trying to restrain himself.

"He does?" Deadpool asked.

"Yes. Now, if you want to meet him, you're going to have to come without your outfit, not even your mask. It's bad enough being seen with you in a park without my suit, I can't risk it." Peter said.

"And why would that be, eh, Spidey? Are you ashamed of being seen with me?" Deadpool teased.

"I don't care about what happens to me! I wouldn't even give a damn if everyone knew who I was! But I will not risk my son's life!" Peter took a deep breath and he relaxed, wrapping his arms around himself and looked at the ground. "He's all I have left."

Deadpool looked at Peter surprised. Spidey had never looked this vulnerable before.

"Sorry, Spidey. I will." Deadpool replied.

Deadpool was hearing pants, shoes, and a black hoodie, in which went over a hat, to help hide his scars. He then rang the doorbell. A moment later, Peter opened the door a crack. When he saw Deadpool he opened the door and he went inside.

"Matt's outside. So, what should we call you?" Peter asked.

Deadpool bit his lip. "Wade."

Peter went silent and he stared at Wade. Wade watched as a tear fell down his cheek, which he angrily wiped away.

"Sorry. Um, I'll go get Matt. Make yourself comfortable." Peter then turned and left the room.

Wade watched him leave. Then he uncomfortably looked around. Lining the walls, was pictures of Peter and younger versions of Matt.

Then Wade noticed that there was one picture lying on  the mantle, a picture of him and Peter at their wedding day. Wade picked up the picture. All of the Avengers had come to congratulate Peter.

"Wade?"

Wade looked up quickly, almost dropping the picture. Peter was standing in the hallway, his hands on Matt's shoulders. Wade quickly put down the picture. He cleared his throat.

"I'm a huge fan! I've been begging Papa to introduce me to you." Matt said, running up to Wade.

Wade smiled. "Your son has good taste."

Peter's sad expression was replaced with an annoyed one, and he rolled his eyes.

"So do you have any powers?" Wade asked.

"Well, I inherited Papa's spidey-sense, and both he and dad had great reflexes which I also have." Matt answered.

"Not too mention, you aren't afraid of anything." Peter replied.

"But despite that, you still won't let me go out on patrol with you! But dad used to." Matt complained. "But he didn't even die because of your two enemies."

Peter shook his head. "You know why, I don't."

Matt sighed, and then he smiled at his Papa. "Yeah, I know."
