Peter looked down at the bustling street below. Blood was streaming from his slit wrists, his tears gathering in the small puddles of blood.
Matt had collapsed without warning at school, just like Wade had. And just like Wade, he had cancer. But this time, they didn't have a cure. And now, Matt only had to the end of month, to live.
Peter had lost everything. The love of his life had died, only to come back, but Peter had pushed him away. Now, his son, the only thing he had left, was lying in the hospital in Stark tower, slowly dying.
Peter closed his eyes and remembered the first time he held Matt. As soon as Peter held him in his arms, Matt had stopped crying. He had then looked up at Peter with his adorable blue eyes.
There was no going back now. Peter leaned forward, and he fell off the ledge of the five story building.
Unknown to him, Deadpool, had just dropped on the roof, and saw Peter fall.
"Peter!" He shouted.
He ran and jumped off after Peter. He straightened his body, so that he caught up with Peter. Then he wrapped his arms around Peter's waist and twisted them around. Lucky enough, they landed on a trash can, which Wade bounced off of and then landed on the pavement.
Peter was unharmed. Peter scrambled off of Wade and turned to face him.
"Wade?!" He exclaimed.
Wade grimaced. "That hurt, Baby boy! That really hurt! You made me break my legs!"
Peter looked at Wade's legs, which indeed were twisted at an unnatural angle.
"Why did you save me?" Peter asked.
Wade sat up. "Why were you jumping off of five story buildings without your suit on?"
Wade noticed that Peter grabbed his wrists, and then he saw the blood. Wade grabbed Peter's arm and held it up.
"Why. The. Fuck. Did. You. Do. This?" Wade growled, eyes narrowed beneath his mask.
Peter bit his lip and pulled his wrist out of Wade's grip.
"Answers, Spidey." Wade said.
"Matt has cancer. The doctors said that he'll die at the end of the month. There's nothing we can do." Peter answered.
"I need some webs, to make some makeshift bandages." Wade said.
Peter quickly wrapped up the cuts with his webs with Wade's guidance.
"Is there no way to help him?" Wade asked.
"Yes. Banner's coming to see him. He's at Stark Tower. He already lost his sight." Peter answered.
"I want to see him." Wade said.
Peter looked at Wade. "I'm his father too."

Peter led Wade into the room where Matt was lying. His only friend at school, Foggy Nelson was sitting next to him.
"Hello, Mr. Parker." Foggy said.
"Hello Foggy. How is he?" Peter asked.
"Alright. Mr. Banner came in and checked up on him. He's doing tests right now." Foggy answered.
"Good. Is it alright for me and Wade to have a moment alone with him, please?" Peter asked.
"Of course." Foggy replied, getting up and leaving the room.
"Thank you, Foggy." Peter said, closing the door behind him.
"Papa?" Matt asked, looking in the direction of Peter.
"I'm here, Matt." Peter replied, walking over to his side.
"Dad's here, isn't he?" Matt asked.
Peter nodded, grabbing his hand. The dark circles under Peter's eyes were even more noticeable.
"How does he know that if he can't see?" Wade asked.
"It's the spidey-sense I got from Papa. I can't see you, but I can sense you. If that makes any sense." Matt asked.
Peter gave him a sad smile, running a hand through Matt's hair.
"I should've have you tested when you were younger." Peter muttered.
"Papa, it's not your fault." Matt said. "Besides, I'm not afraid to die."
"I know you aren't. You aren't afraid of anything." Peter replied, a tear running down his cheek.
"Hello, Peter."
Peter turned as did Wade to see Bruce Banner standing in the doorway, wearing his white lab coat, a clipboard in his hands.
"Hello, Bruce. Don't worry about disappointing me, I know he won't be here for much longer." Peter said.
"Well, there actually might be a chance." Bruce said.
Peter and Wade both looked up at him surprised.
"What?" Peter asked.
"Indeed, but I'm going to need a samples of Wade's blood." Bruce answered.
