You have to realise the hypocritical nature of him
The fact that you will never get it right
Always pay the priceAnd he is laughing
Laughing at the fact that he can do what he wants and you end up aloneReminding you of the past
Wondering how long this stupid cycle will lastThe everlasting battle while he digs his hole so deep
But it is not he who is diving in
You will gladly jump in and renounce your sins
Knowing full well the hypocrite speaks lies
But his actions speak volumesAnd he will never shy away from the fact that he is wrong
But he will manipulate you into thinking this is your choiceThat it is his agony to hear your voice
When all you do is want - you need to feel that love, that security that is taken from you frequently
Never returned
Never mentioned, as if it should be a given
That he should be forgivenBut eventually you will be rotting in the grave he dug for himself
While he goes back on the shelfTo be picked up by someone new, who will miraculously want him
Like he is a treasure
And she will never feel made to measureJust like you, lying there, no more shit to give
No more time to liveBecause you gave it all up, being stupidly in love
