Ned's POV
...It's finally our first rest day, but...
Ned: "What!? What do you mean I can't leave the premise!?"
Neptune: "You're still under surveillance for the thing that happened in the coliseum."
Ned: "That's not fair... Sis-C's going home to join her Mum in an exhibit, I can't just laze around here..."
Neptune: "Too bad~ That's what the committee decided, until we are sure that you can control the monster inside you, then you can't leave the premise, besides, it's for your own good, And look, I heard it's only for today, your next rest day will be just like the other's so try to bear with it just for now okay kiddo~?"
Ned: "Aww..."
...Rest days were given to all the trainees at the end of every week, we just had our first mission yesterday so I was looking forward to this day... but now... I guess I'll just play some games in my room...
Ned: "BAAAHHH!!! No! Screw it! I wanna explore! I wanna travel to the other nations! I want adventure!"
...So despite what Lady Neptune told me, I sneaked out of the facility with Nyu, while she scouted the area I gave her a chip so I can teleport to her with ease...
...One more snap of the finger, and I was clear!
Ned: "Awesome! Hrmm... I wonder where I should go..."
...I pulled up the map... Seeing that the closest nation would be Lowee, I decided to go there, maybe Aunt Blanc will give me some of her Manjus, those are tasty~!
Ned: "Still, I kinda feel guilty for not following orders... But what the heck, it's Lady Neptune, it can't be that bad... I'm also a little worried about Hier, she was a bit sad after what happened yesterday... I heard that she even argued with Jade earlier... I hope it's nothing serious... Urgh... I can't just grumble here! Lowee! Here I come!"
...With those thoughts being put off as a back burner I head out to Lowee, the train should be arriving in an hour so I'll be able to make it to Lowee before noon...
...And just like what Miss IF loves to say, Adventure awaits in every corner, so here I come!
I rode the train and just under an hour I was in Lowee! As expected of the nation of White Serenity, the place was covered in Snow, the houses looked so cozy, you could probably feel the warmth just by standing near one. Everything was so vibrant, I've been here a lot usually with Aunt Blanc, but this is the first time I got a really good look of the place.
Ned: "Come to think of it, this Lowee is far different from the one in Ultradimension..."
...This Dimension's Lowee is more child-like and playful in design, the myriad of colors gives off this feeling wonder and joy, kinda contrasting Aunt Blanc's and General Weiz's personality really. Ultradimension's Lowee is more rugged and has this feeling of zen and ancient will, The nation itself is the oldest of the four, with that Dimension's Lady Blanc being the eldest of all the CPUs, I guess it makes sense that she's more linked to ancient works and arts, but that doesn't mean she's behind the times, not at all, as a matter in fact, she's been racing Lastation for the most advance nation ever, followed by Leanbox and well...Nanny Plutia's Planeptune is making a steady progress I guess...
Ned: "Oh yeah, I wonder how the twins are?"
...As I say that outloud, two girls turn to address my comment...
Rom: "Hrm?"
Ram: "You talking about us? Oh hey! You're-"
Rom: "It's Ned~!"
