MISSION 33 (Lastation: A world at an End)

...Hier went out with her friends for the first time in a while, they shared each others thoughts regarding the issue, Loz was being cold as always while Maria was trying to act strong when she's clearly anxious about the subject...

Loz: "I don't really care what they think... I just want to get strong and have mom and dad take a rest."

Maria: "I feel the same way... But Loz, they do have a point you know..."

Hier: "What do you mean Maria?"

Maria: "Mom and Dad thinks that we're too young and they're right... We really shouldn't be doing things as dangerous as these missions..."

Loz: "Heh, yeah if you're a wimpy kid who just wants to sit around and be fat all the time."

Hier: "Harsh, aren't we...?"

Maria: "Well I for one trust our parents decision... They just want what's best for us..."

Loz: "You even asked me before if they would let us go back... If you didn't have any reason to go back then why ask me that?"

Maria: "I was just-"

Loz: "Forget it... I know why you asked... It's dumb for me to ask you why..."

Maria: "Loz..."

Hier: "You two have been going on and on about this huh..."

Loz: "Duh, your mother came to Lowee just to convince mom and dad to let us go back to the facility, you were there right?"

Hier: "Yeah I was... And your mother is scary Loz..."

Loz: "You haven't seen what she did back in the facility..."

Maria: "It's like... she was possessed by something..."

...The trio continued to play and have small chit chats after that, it was a peaceful day in Lastation but as always nothing stays the same, the twins had to go home with their parents and Hier was left alone again...

Memoire: "Hier?"

...Memoire arrived to pick Hier up...

Hier: "Oh hey mom..."

Memoire: "What's wrong dear?"

Hier: "Nothing... I just wish we could play more... We haven't seen each other in a while after all..."

Memoire: "Yes... I wish you could too..."

Hier: "Hrmm..."

...Hier thinks for a bit and then turns to her mother and says...

Hier: "Mom... I want to go back..."

Memoire: "Hier..."

Hier: "Not just for myself this time... I was selfish... I was reckless... But I want to learn mom... So I can help my friends... So I can be of use to this world... So I can see Dad face to face..."

Memoire: "......"

Hier: "You've shared your memories of him with me, I know what he looks like, I know that if I can just meet him then I can bring him back to us."

Memoire: "You're not the only one, love."

Hier: "So please! Please! Ask Grand-dad DeVian and please reconsider! I know he was furious as well and he probably won't agree but please!"

DeVian: "No need to talk schmuck you little weasel..."

...DeVian appears from warpgate and placed his hand on Hier's head... PLOP!
