Conner POV
I noticed the two girls walking towards us and stood up interrupting the conversation.
Conner: I'm sorry girls it's been nice but I should really get some rest.
Kara: aww but why?
Conner: sorry we can hang out after initiation if you two want.
Blake: is it because if the two girls walking over here?
Conner:.....goodnight.
I then walked away passing the two.
Ruby POV
Sis was dragging me over to talk to the girl from earlier in hopes we could make friends. As we walked over I noticed super boy was sitting with her and another girl I haven't met yet. He suddenly got up and walked away in our direction.
Yang: oh look at mr hot stuff~
Ruby: yang!
As he came closer yang stood in front of him.
Yang: hello~ my names yang. This is ruby. My sister.
Ruby: hey again.
He looked at us with an emotionless expression and cold eyes. When they landed on me my body started to shake.
Super boy: We've.....met.
He said this with such venom I could feel his stare burn into me.
Yang: that's great your already friends. How about we become friends or if you want we can be more-
Super boy: I am not friends with her. And neither are we. Got It.?
Before yang could reply he pushed past us and started walking towards the door. Yang got a little angry and grabbed his wrist.
Yang: hey! You can't talk to me or my sister like that! Apologize right n-
In an instant he grabbed her shirt collar and flipped her over him onto the floor causing her to cough up spit. He then kicked her over and placed her hands behind her back and pushed his knee into them pinning them down with his weight.
He got close to her ear and spoke softly.
Super boy: next time you try something like that I'll break your pretty little face. Got it?
Yang: so you think I'm pretty?
Ruby: yang. Not helping.
Super boy: you should listen to her.
Yang: ok I'm sorry I won't mess with you...(mumbles) much.
Super boy: I heard that.
Yang: hehe.
He then got off her back and picked her up by her collar with one hand. After he placed her on the floor he turned and walked to the door and left.
Ruby: (sigh)yang.
Yang: I can't help it.
I rolled my eyes and walked with yang over to the girl in the bow.
Time skip
Conner POV
Outside on the roof
I had been trying to relax outside by floating above the ground with my legs crossed. I often did this when I was younger so I could practice flying for long periods of times but now I find it comforting after a hard days work. But tonight it wasn't really working. Seeing both of them again let alone seeing them multiple times brought up some bad memories.
Conner: I'm never gonna get a break am I?
???: not with that attitude.
I didn't have to look to know who it was.
