"'Cause I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it." S&M, Rihanna

Rikki’s P.O.V

We all sat down outside the principal’s office, waiting for her to approach us with her lecture and following punishment.

“You think she’s really gonna punish us? I mean, it is the last day of school.” Jesse spoke up and tried to get some of the sticky string off of her arm.

I looked over at Chanel who was soaking wet and had a couple pieces of sticky string in her red velvet hair as well.

As for me, I was drenched in almost every single cafeteria food you could ever imagine. I looked like I might as well been stuck on a dirty cafeteria lunch tray and been served.

“I don’t know. She could torture us all with some type of summer school thing.” I replied.

Chanel turned to face us with a sad expression on her face. “I can’t believe you guys dragged me into this.”

Jesse’s hands flung up and she bent over to make eye contact with Chanel. “Girl, the whole GRADE joined in on this. Rikki and I just started the whole thing, we didn’t think it would get out of hand like it did.”

I turned and tried my best to put on a reassuring smile for my ‘innocent’ friend. “Think about it this way. At least you got to see Mackenzie all drenched in food, screaming her head off about how much that outfit she was wearing cost her.”

Chanel couldn’t help but laugh as the image of the school’s biggest brat all covered in silly string and disgusting cafeteria food came back into her mind. “Yeah, that’s a great way to end our senior year.”

“CHANEL?”

“JESSE?”

“RIKKI?!”

Our heads all turned to catch sight of our worried mothers running in frantically. We all stood up and tried to give our most innocent smiles to them.

Jesse’s mom immediately ran up to her daughter and grabbed her shoulders. “My goodness Jesse, what did you do now?!”

“Hah umm….nothing…?” Jesse let out.

“Well it most certainly doesn’t sound like ‘nothing’ to me.” A voice came from the door in the office. We all then noticed that it was the uhh….lovely..voice of our principal.

“H-hey, how’s it going Principal Jones?” I tried to sound nonchalant.

She crossed her arms and smile. “Good afternoon Ms. Aislin. My, you and your friends have been in this office so many times this year that I’ve honestly lost count.”

Chanel looked down at the ground unhappily and started playing with her hands, trying to escape this moment. She wasn’t the type of girl to get in trouble. Most of the time, it’s her two crazy best friends that drag her into our messes. I felt really bad for her.

Meanwhile, Jesse, not helping being the class joker looked up and beamed at our Principal. “And what a great year it’s been Principal Jones! Great seeing your lovely face like…..every other day.”

Principal Jones closed her eyes and shook her head a little before gesturing over to her room, indicating for us all to go inside.

We all went in and watched as our principal took a seat in front of her huge desk that was cluttered with all sorts of papers and pens. She pointed to our moms and then to the three chairs in front of her desk. “Please sit.”
