Jo'Siah's POV
I woke up to my alarm ringing, the room spinning, and my head pounding. I didn't remember shit from last night, and I know for a fact I was out my body the entire night.
When I looked over I seen Mari laying next to me naked and then it hit me, I fucked my Bestfriend and it was the best but I don’t want her to think I took advantage of her. I quickly got up in a panic searching for a used condom. “MARI WAKE UP” I yelled at her. “Whaaaaaat baby?” She popped up and quickly looked me in my eyes covering herself up.
“Jo’siah did we?” She has an unreadable expression on her face. “Yeah and I can’t find the condom, we may have not used one” I sighed running my hands over my face. I’m not ready for no kids, especially since I still have yet to tell her I’m going to college in Cali in a few weeks.
“You regret lastnight?” She put her head down.
“No, never I just can’t believe I was so irresponsible. I can’t be a father right now. I leave soon for Cali for 2 years straight. We need to get you a morning after pill”
“You’re WHAT?” She yelled storming off and slamming the door. Shit!
"Mari come on baby, open the door" I didn't want her upset with me, we didn't have much time together before I leave.
"Dont call me that, just leave me alone" she cried.
"You can cry later man, we gotta go get you that pill"
"THAT'S ALL YOU FUCKING CARE ABOUT HUH? GETTING ME THE PILL SO YOU AIN'T GOTTA WORRY ABOUT LEAVING ME BEHIND?"
"it's not like that Mari, you know that"
"why didn't you tell me you we're leaving?" she swung the bathroom door open.
I put my head down, and didn't answer. "Jo'Siah!"
"Cause im in love with you Mari" I started to confess. "I feel like your everything I need tbh, I love you more than just a best friend But I knew where we stood with each other. There been moments where I felt like you were more than my best friend which made me love you more than ever, It makes me feel alive just knowing I got someone who will love me for me with no questions asked.
Your attraction and emotions towards me are so deep and passoniate, I love it so much, it makes my emotions run wild, you make me run wild and I can't help but love u Mari, and it kills me that I have to leave you"
She stepped out the bathroom and put her arms around my neck, "I'm in love with you too Jo'Siah" I planted a kiss on her forehead. "Come one, lets go get me that pill"
Mariana's POV
We drove to the nearest pharmacy to get this pill. I never had to take one before so I lowkey was nervous but Jo held my hand the entire way there.
I got out the car, went in to grab it and came right back out. "well, i got it...." I said really upset, don't get me wrong I didn't want kids either right now but it wouldn't be so bad to do it with my best friend. We hurried home so I could take the pill, I went in the bathroom to do it, I couldn't look at Jo'Siah while doing this. "
"well, its all done"
"thank you Mari"
"Yeah" I walked away from him, went into my room, slammed the door, and laid in bed the rest of the day.
I can't believe he made me do that.
