Imagine.....

You are going for a run. You come upon the park and happen to look over briefly. You see your friend, Mark, sitting on his skateboard. You smile a little and walk over to him. "You know, you do have to physically stand on it so it will move," you say jokingly. He looks up at you, surprised to see you at first, then smiles. "What are you doing here all by yourself? Don't you usually come here with your girlfriend?" 

"Oh yeah, I used to," he said quietly. "We broke up yesterday." 

"Woah, mianhae," you say as you kneel in front of him. "Gwenchana?" He nodds his head and smiles a little. "What happened? I mean, why did you break up?" you ask. He gets quiet and looks down at the pavement. You stay silent as you patiently wait for an answer. "Forget it, you don't have to answer if you don't want," you say after another minute passes. "Well I guess I'll see you around." You start to stand up when his hand suddenly wraps around your wrist, preventing you from walking. You look back at him, surprised. It takes him a few seconds, but he looks back at you before standing too. Some more time passes, then he turns and walks away, taking you with him. "Where are we going?" you ask as he continues to walk.

You end up in this short alley way that you didn't even know existed. He removes his hand from your wrist and turns back to look at your shock filled face. In an effort to try to calm your heart, you lean against a wall. He walks closer to you and in the next moment his lips pressed against yours. Your eyes widen and once he pulls back he looks at you. You don't say anything due to the fact that you are still trying to process what just happened. 

"We broke up because of you," he says.

"W-what?" you stutter slightly confused.

"We broke up because I liked you more than her," he says. You lower your eyebrows, now completely confused. "I like you, (your name)." He leans in towards you and kisses you again. Your eyes slowly fall shut and you return his kiss.
