Nobody could actually see, that Su-ya was breaking apart inside...

-

Y/N's POV

I had now finally reached home, after a sad day at school. I was 'strangling' the fluffy bear with my hands as I sat on my bed in anger. I looked at my phone, because I still had Su-ya's number saved.

My threatening grip loosened on the stuffed animal and my focus went to the last message that was sent...

'I'm sorry...'

-12:18-

'Last seen at 12:18?' I thought to myself as my heart started to race unintentionally. Did she actually apologise, or was it just my mind playing dumb tricks on me?

I knew that Su-ya wasn't good at expressing herself, and it probably took a lot to even put those two measly words. My mind was so focused that I didn't even know I was full-on crying, out loud.

Taehyung came in, having a worried look on his face. His eyes travelled to my sobbing face, and he didn't even think twice about hugging me. He tried to calm me, and ask what was wrong, but in all honesty, I wasn't really listening. I was just thinking about Su-ya.

Su-ya's POV

I stared at the blank screen, turning my phone on miserably. I hadn't got a message back, but I went on Whatsapp anyways, with the fading hope I had left.

The two grey ticks had now transferred into blue ones, making my heart almost stop. She had read it? A small, meaningful tear rolled down my face, dropping down onto the screen.

I'm sure she was crying too.

Y/N's POV

Taehyung was now sat next to me, as I was pouring bleak words into into his ears endlessly. He seemed to listen to every word, like a normal friend would. At the end, he tilted his head towards the ceiling in thought. I half-laughed because that's what Jungkook does when he's confused, or deep in thought.

"Give her a reply, and I'm sure it will all be fine?" He attempted giving me advice, but his confidence didn't show through what he said. He whispered a quick sorry before looking down in embarrassment. "Tae, it's good adivce!" I reassured him, patting him a little on the back before turning to the opening door.

Jungkook was there, small tears painting his blank face.

"I just read Yoongi's diary..." He quietly said, no emotions in his voice.

***

Me and Tae were examining the beaten book. Even the cover looked depressing.

I slowly flicked to the first page, my eyes opening wide as I tried to process it.

In the middle of the dirty page, was a broken heart, miserable words surrounding it.

'Self-hatred'

'Suicide'

'Death'

There were all sorts of words, making tears run down my face silently.

A couple of minutes later, we had nearly reached the end.

The book was full of depressing things, making me and Tae silently cry together.

Jungkook was still in the room, trying not to let the tears overtake him.

What Jungkook hadn't realised, is that there was a back page.

I turned to it, wiping away the tears with my sleeve.

It was a heart, but this time, it wasn't broken. It was coloured in a bright red, and there was a word printed neatly into the middle.

'Jungkook.'

I looked at him hastily and his eyes widened tremendously

'Happiness'

'Love'

'Loving myself'

These new words showed a new side to Yoongi. He wasn't depressed, he was happy. Jungkook snatched the book, taking his phone out to take a picture. The tears were no longer on any of our faces, instead huge smiles.

"What are you guys doing here?" Said a mint haired guy, looking at me and Tae blankly.
