Out of habit, the first Hyuk did was to reach out for his left side. His eyes were still shut and he frowned as his fingers felt the cold cotton sheets. A soft sigh of disappointment escaped Hyuk's lips and he bit his lip.

It was only about two months since university had started for both of them but Hyuk couldn't help feel a little lonelier. Sure, the couple was staying in the same household, but Hong Bin's activities kept him away most of the time.

The younger could understand how Hong Bin wanted perfect grades and achievements, but at what cost? Heck, the last time the truly spent time together was about a month ago. Even then, Hyuk was pretty sure Hong Bin had tried doing his work when Hyuk wasn't looking.

"Damn it Lee Hong Bin," Hyuk sighed for the second time that morning and got ready for school.

"Hello? Earth to Bin?"

Gong Chan had to knock on Hong Bin's head lightly before the latter replied.

"Oh hey," Hong Bin said nonchalantly as he continued scribbling in his notebook, unaware of the glare his friend was shooting him.

"Yah, is there even work for us this weekend?"

Hong Bin, unamused, shrugged and took a sip of his smoothie. "I'm working on a project."

"For?"

"Photography club."

Gong Chan nodded and reached out for the smoothie. Hong Bin shot him a glare this time around and his friend merely chuckled.

"You're gonna crash and burn if you keep this up. Also this smoothie sucks," Gong Chan made a face and Hong Bin scoffed, taking back his drink.

"I'm doing fine... Academically. Can't say the same for this project though."

"What's it about?"

"We're to make a simple collage. The theme is 'Yourself'. Like what's there about me?", Hong Bin smacked his head and turned to his friend for an answer.

"Not much really," Gong Chan laughed as he earned a smack on the arm from Hong Bin. "God, calm down and take a joke."

"But I can't? I've started last week and made little to no progress. What am I supposed to do, photograph my face?"

Gong Chan quirked a brow at his friends exasperation and shook his head. "You need a break honestly. Let loose, and relax just for week? Inspiration will find you somehow."

"Really? That's so freaking cliché," Hong Bin deadpanned.

"Well, it's worth a try right?"

"Hyukkie!"

The boy turned to face Mina, one of his mates from the same lecture. The both of them were pretty close, considering the fact that Hyuk wasn't as comfortable with the other students just as yet.

"Wanna hang out?"

"N-Now?"

"Sejeong cancelled on me," Mina pouted and crossed her arms, "Stupid lecturer."

Hyuk laughed and found her actions endearing. "Alright. Café or window shopping?"

Mina smiled brightly and showed Hyuk a pair of shoes that she'd been eyeing on.

"Shopping it is," Hyuk grinned and gestures for them to take their leave.
