The child born from the union of 4 inheritors and 1 broken soul, her body is from Ezekiel, Neptunio's lost friend, Ever since she was a child, Ciel is a prodigy, not only did she learn faster than any child ever could, she is also very powerful, as she grew older, Ciel's abilities improved, and with the guidance of the 4 inheritors and the healing soul within her, she fights for the safety of the world that was saved through many cycles and struggles.
MECHANICS:
Zeal Points (ZP) - A well rounded trait that affects Ciel's speed, damage output and durability. The more Zeal she acquires the better she performs. Zeal can be obtained from every action that Ciel makes.
Inheritor Points (IP) - Ciel gains charges as she continues to use Sinful Rose and the inheritor Relics, with each attack adding 1 point of Inheritor Charge.
Passives:
Inner Power - Ciel channels the powers of the inheritors making her chances at delivering massive damage more apparent (Increases RNG success rate by 20%)
Absolute Resolve (-10 Zeal) (Cooldown: 1 turn) - Allows Ciel to escape fatalities provided that she has Zeal to spare, this also allows her to deliver a sure hit attack.
Grand Impact (-5 Zeal) (Cooldown: 3 Turns) - This can trigger when Ciel is attacked, she goes faster than light for a single sure hit counter stun provided she has enough Zeal to spare.
Neutrality (Constant) - The power that Ciel received from Korobu protects her from being afflicted with any harmful status effects or debuffs.
Equipment:
Main Weapon: The Sinful Rose (Buster Blade)
- Forged with the combined powers of the souls within Ciel, the Sinful Rose is capable of dishing out damage and at the same time providing support for it's wielder.The blade is not only bound to her inventory but to her soul as well, any disarming ability done to Ciel is nullified such as Eithan's Envious grip or even the SWORD OF RENDERING LIGHT's ability to separate connections, the blade will also never hurt Ciel or anyone she sees as her ally.
Weapon Blessings:
*With Shatana's blessing, the blade cannot be blocked and will tear through both magical and physical barriers. *With Feria's Blessing the blade is indestructible. *With Bel's blessing the blade can be used as a makeshift wand being able to fire blasts of Elemental and Magical attacks. *With Zeb's blessing, each time the blade cuts a living thing it siphons the life source of the target and regenerates Ciel's health. *With Neptunio's blessing, the Blade will never betray Ciel or her allies and will protect them from harm at all costs.
Sub Weapon: GLOC 9 pistol
- A simple pistol given to the members of the Dimension Squad, the pistol can be loaded with many modded bullets made by both Nepgear and Uni.
