LORE

- White Lord of Frost and the Former Lord of Lowee, he used to rule the land of the north with an frigid gait, he battled the beast of Avarice Amon to a stand still until finally sealing it away with Luna and Neptunio's help, albeit, the former had to be sealed with the beast in the process. Thinking that his love was lost forever, Weiz closed off the borders that connected Lowee to the other nations and every time the beast of Avarice re-awakened, he fought it alone and protected his nation while carrying the never ending sorrow and pain in his heart. These events kept repeating and repeating until finally the cycle of suffering ended with the downfall of the beast of malice. His lost love was found once again reuniting him with Luna after she was freed from the seal that bound her to the beast of Avarice.

- Weiz still carries his battle axe to battle in the protection of not just Lowee, but Gamindustri as a whole, he helps out Blanc with paperwork, considering she'd much rather write novels... And would even play with the Twins Rom and Ram. Though...

- Despite now being able to live in the present after breaking through the cycle, Weiz had to give up one part of himself to ensure the future of Lowee will be brighter than ever... Just as he'd given up the ability to feel Joy during the cycle... he gives it up once more to plant the seeds of happiness in the land of Lowee.

MECHANICS

White Light - Every time Weiz attacks or is attacked, a white sparkle appears and lingers in the field, these sparkles are signs of Weiz's power growing, the more there are, the stronger he is, when a an ACTIVE skill is used by / used on Weiz, 1 extra White Light sparkle will appear.

* For every White Light, Weiz gains the following.
- 3% increase to Damage Mitigation
- 5% increase to Attack Damage
- 10% increase to Fire Resistance

WEAPON

Gletcherkante - Weiz's battle axe, crafted from Glacium Alloy, a rare mineral found in Lowee's mountains, the minerals is as strong as titanium and has the added effect to deal Frost Damage along with massive Physical damage. The axe itself is indestructible and seems to have a will of its own as it returns to Weiz's hands by him simply willing it.

PASSIVES

Frozen Field - When Weiz is in battle, Enemies take 50% more damage against Ice Elemental Attacks and allies take 50% less damage from Fire Elemental Attacks

Conviction - Passively grants Weiz and his allies 5% damage mitigation. This passive only triggers if Weiz is in battle with another person.

Lordship's Will (Dauerhaft) - Once per turn, Weiz and his party members will completely nullify the damage from an incoming attack by erecting an impenetrable wall to protect themselves from it.


ACTIVE SKILLS

Frostheilung - Weiz casts a spell on a selected target healing their injuries and restoring 30% of their HP once every 2 actions for 6 actions.

Gefrorener Schild - Weiz erects repulsion wall that protects him from attacks, when an attack hits the wall a devastating wave of energy will then burst outwards damaging enemies.

Gefrorener Sarg - Weiz slams his axe down on the ground as a wave of frost erupts to encase his target freezing said target in place, Weiz will then rush in and smash the target with his axe dealing Physical and Frost damage.

Gefrorener Zyklus - Weiz rolls forward towards his target, with his axe spinning in mid-air with the axe extended outward. He will then slam his axe on the ground creating a bursting whirlwind of frost.

Gefrorene Schale - Weiz's dreaded blue shell, he summons a hardened projectile in the shape of a turtle's shell and then launches it at his desired target. The shell can be blocked or dodged, however, it may bounce off or go way off course, but the shell ALWAYS and WILL ALWAYS hunt down its target until it achieves a clean hit. Even trapping the projectile won't stop it, as it simply vanishes from its trap and re-appears to hunt down its target again.

EXE DRIVE

Letzter Sternenstaub - Weiz gather's all the White Light Sparkles that have accumulated then attacks his target with Gletcherkante. He strikes them once to create a huge gash on the target and then once more all the while calling in the Sparkles which will then start striking the opened gash dealing multiple instances of damage.
