The next week, the entirety of the university growled in excitement. After the low voice echoed through each and every speaker, the doors banged constantly as students actively went their way out, leaving the hallways blooming and roaring.
A massive crowd filled the fields where the President of the university stands—with his large body build, white mustache and blue eyes. Holding a mic. Wishing everybody a fun and great weekday. After he spoke, everybody shouted in delight.
This certain highlight, marks every calendar for the University's Festival which will be happening for consecutive four days. And for the main part that everybody joyed about, is that Mr. North announced no classes within the days. But still, attendance is a must.
During festival, students from all departments will have booths to represent each and everybody. The opening will be tomorrow and it will take place on the widest field outside.
Sure, all are excited to join the event. The free time they have in their hands, having the joyous time of the year.
The speaker went off.
Merida placed her hands in the air.
"Finally! I'm waiting for this to happen!" She placed down the brush. "Lass, I'm the happiest person alive."
All students from their Art class ventured out, leaving the redhead and the only one left beside her.
Rapunzel wasn't intrigued by the sudden announcement but yes, she's excited either way. She dipped and whirled the brush in a cup of water—cleansing the remained paint. The canvass was still untouched and clean.
Merida watched her silently.
She expected her to follow as she can see her cleaning all the brushes but once Rapunzel stroke the brush on to the canvass with light blue color, Merida's eyebrows wrinkled.
"Taking ya time?" She asked.
Rapunzel gazed back, slightly shocked. She saw a beautiful girl with white complexion.
"Uh—not really. I'm just thinking of something." Rapunzel smiled and blew air that moved strands of her hair at the side.
"I'm Merida by the way."
Rapunzel saw her neared, with her hand gesturing towards her. Geez, she chuckled underneath her breath and placed down her brush. Really? This girl just introduced herself. She was fascinated and bombarded at the same time, hearing those words from her.
"Oh," A sheepishly smile escaped from her lips. "I already know you. Of course! Who wouldn't right?"
"Right, lass. Never thought of that for a while." She smiled.
Merida Dun'broch is one of the most well-known students in the University. First of all, because she belonged in the clan of Dun'broch. And secondly, the reason that almost every know is that Hiccup Haddock, yes, Haddock had been her suitor ever since.
That is why they know her because one of the popular guys taken an interest in her. For her feisty and independent character. Beautiful. And kind.
"Rapunzel?"
