So, here's what you missed on Glee: Mercedes thinks Sam cheated on her when really he didn't, but she won't listen long enough for him to explain. Then, Mr.Schue invited all the Alumni back to see the new Glee club's sectionals, where they won because of Jake and Marley's amazing duet, along with a groundbreaking solo from Unique! Also, Kurt who is best friends with Mercedes, and Blaine who is best friends with Sam, came up with a plan to get Samcedes back together! Like a really good plan! And, that's what you missed on Glee!
Meet me in the choir room! Now! The text from Blaine read. Sam sighed and tucked his phone into his pocket, then started towards Mckinley's choir room.
He was back in Lima for Thanksgiving, Mr.Schue had invited back all the Alumni back for the Glee Club's Sectionals, and they had won!
The celebration after the competition had been torture enough, seeing her, watching her laugh with all their friends. The worst part of the night had been when Kurt and Blaine sang "Love Shack", resulting in all the couples dancing, while he tried, in vain, to catch her eye, but of course, she wouldn't even look his way.
Sam turned the corner, then walked into the choir room, expecting to find his gel-haired friend waiting, but instead a very familiar diva had her back to him. Rallying up his courage, Sam cleared his throat and she spun around. He tentatively joined her in the middle of the room and they stood in silence for a minute.
"Sam Evans, what are you doing here?" Mercedes Jones asked, her arms crossed across her chest.
"I, um . . . Blaine sent me a text, telling me to meet him here." Sam dug his phone out of his pocket and held it up for her to see. Her eyes narrowed and her lips formed into a purse, a facial expression Sam recognized as her thinking face.
"Weird, Kurt sent me a text saying the exact same thing. . ." Her voice trailed off, when suddenly the unmistakable sound of a key turning in a lock rang through the choir room three times in a row. Mercedes exchanged a glance with San before hurrying towards one of the doors and jiggling the handle. Sam did the same with the other door and the one connecting Mr.Schue's office with the choir room. They were all locked and the couple shared a worried look. "Well, shit." Mercedes muttered, accurately narrating aloud what they were both feeling.
"I'll call Blaine and tell him to come let us out." Sam quickly punched in his friend's number and brought his phone to his ear. Blaine picked up instantly and Sam flashed Mercedes a smile, then turned his back to her and started a whispered conversation with his friend.
"Hey, buddy! What's up?" Blaine asked, and Sam could almost hear him smirking.
"Dude, I'm stuck in the choir room with Mercedes, can you come let me out?" He replied, and Blaine laughed like it was the funniest joke in the world.
"Sam, I can't do that. Look into Mr. Schue's office." San turned around and his eyes widened when he saw Kurt and Blaine waving through the glass windows of Mr. Schue's office. They hadn't been there a minute ago and why weren't they letting him out? Sam's mouth dropped open when he realized why and Blaine laughed again. "You look like a fish, Sam." His best friend informed him and Sam quickly shut his mouth before glaring at Blaine through the glass.
