Chapter Four.
The Seven Fire Guardians.
Zor woke up. He jumped out of bed and ran to get changed out of his pyjamas.
"Hey mum" said Zor, running very fast into the kitchen. "Yes Zor?" asked Susan.
"What is it?" "Have you and Dad checked that book yet?" asked Zor. "Yes" said
Susan. "It hasn't got any curses on it". "OK" said Zor. "That's good".
"Why is it so important to you Zor?" asked Susan. "Oh well..I" spluttered Zor.
"I want to take it to James's house today". "OK" said Susan. "Whats for
breakfast?" asked Zor. "Soft boiled eggs" said Susan. "Cool" said Zor.
"Don't eat so fast this time. OK?" Said Susan. "Yes Mum" said Zor. As Zor ate,
He thought. "Since I am taking the book to James's house, James might be
able teach me something that in this book". "Then I could be a Archer Mage".
"Zor!" Said Susan. "You have cuts all over your knees!" "Oh, yeah" said Zor.
"I fell over yesterday. I'm fine". "You should put a bandage on the cuts" said
Susan. "I said i'm fine Mum" said Zor. "Really, i'm fine" "Ok then" said Susan,
feeling very uneasy about Zor's cuts. Zor finished his breakfast and got ready
to go to James's house."See you tonight then Mum" said Zor, as he headed
out the door. As Zor was walking, he started to think about his dream.
"I have to take this book to Princess molly's party, or all those people will
disappear, just like in my dream" Zor thought to himself. Zor was so lost
in thought, He almost walked in to a tree! Zor began thinking again.
"That black wind was so strange" Thought Zor. "What made it appear, I wonder".
Just then, He bumped into Mr Nicholas, His archery teacher. "Oh!" Said Zor,
Very surprised. "Watch where you'r going Zor!" Said Mr Nicholas. "So sorry sir".
Said Zor. Zor wondered what Mr Nicholas was doing here, and not teaching archery.
Zor Then came to be at James's house after his long walk. James was waiting
out the front of his house for Zor. "Hi Zor" said James. "Hello" said Zor.
"You've been thinking hard again" said James. "huh?" grunted Zor. "What
do you mean?" "You'r face is pale Zor" Said James. "its not very hard to see".
"Oh ok" said Zor. As James led Zor inside his house, James noticed the book
Zor was carrying. "Zor." said James. "Whats that book you're carrying?"
"Oh right" said Zor. "Jess found it in the trash". "So why do you have it here?"
Asked James. " Its a spell book". Said Zor. "I thought maybe you could teach me
these spells". "Sure" said James. "Its will be hard though". "Oh and there is
something else" said Zor. "what is it Zor?" whispered James, wanting to know.
"I think this book will stop evil destroying the princess's party". Said Zor
