Forbidden

Chapter 3

While I waited for Ciara to come for our usual walk to school, I was nervous. I didn´t know what to say. When I called her yesterday she just yelled at me, for leaving her there of course. Even though I had said goodbye, she didn´t think it was fair of me to leave her like that. Luckily she had gotten home without anyone seeing her, and she was disappointed that she hadn´t seen Jc. After being mad at me for a while she started asking why I left so sudden.  I just said that I left quickly and she just didn´t notice it.

I saw her walk a little further down the street so I walked down to meet her.

“Hey Ciara!” I said and smiled.

“Don´t even try that, I want to know.” She said and crossed her arms while smirking.

“There´s nothing to know, I said I walked away before you realized it.” I explained and we started walking.

“Did you meet some guy?” She exclaimed and looked hopeful. I wanted to tell her so bad, but I knew I couldn´t say anything.

“No.” I said and shook my head.

“Admit it, you did. Who is he?” She asked and I knew she wouldn´t let this go.

“Ciara can´t you just let it go!?” I said and got irritated.

“Do I know him?” She continued.

“Stop talking about it! Nothing happened, like I´ve told you.” I almost yelled and started walking faster, so we could get to school soon enough. Ciara and I didn´t talk for the rest of the day. Yet she is still my best friend, so I know it will be okay eventually.  

It was 5.55pm and I was standing at the place Jc and I had decided to meet at. I was standing there nervously and wondered if he would even show up. At the same time I was nervous of getting caught. Though he had assured me that no guards would be out here at the woods.

“Hello Sky.” I suddenly heard a voice behind me. I turned around and got speechless, he just looked so perfect. Beautiful.

“Hi, Jc.” I mumbled nervously.

“Let´s go shall we? I know a safer place.” He said and reached for my hand. My heart fluttered and I blushed. We started walking but he sighed, and then laughed.

“What is it?” I asked, feeling confused.

“This is going too slow, let´s try something else, again.” He smirked. “If you didn´t understand, I want you to jump on my back so I can run.” He explained. I just looked at him and laughed.

“No, are you serious!? It is scary.” I said. He just laughed at me.

“Come on, it will be over before you know it. Just close your eyes.” He said assuring me. 

“Okay then. But I trust you now to be careful.” I said and looked into his eyes.

“You can always trust me Sky.” He said and motioned me to get on his back. I did what he wanted me to and felt like a little baby.

“I will be careful.” He whispered, and just then I felt the ground moving under us. I closed my eyes. In, what seemed like just a few seconds, he put me down at the ground. I looked around and saw a beautiful forest, I heard water dripping from a stream I noticed further away. I was mesmerized of how beautiful it was. The sun hardly shone through the thick forest, but when it did, it felt nice to my skin.

“Do you like it?” He asked, making me come out of my bubble.

“I love it.” I said. I looked happy and we sat down on the ground.
