IX : Not Sick, Just Abnormally Horny

The next morning was the worst you had in a while.

Getting out of bed was a pain, and to top it all off, you had no idea where the demon went off to, which was slightly alarming. You were just hoping he wasn't aware that you flat out ignored him last night...

But what he said made you think. Maybe you had been too harsh with him. Sure, he said something that got you a bit angry, but he's not perfect and neither are you. You should know how easy it is to say something but how hard it is to take it back. Tooru just made a mistake, didn't he? You've been ignoring him for a long while and from what you heard yesterday, he feels terrible about it.

Yeah, you had enough of ignoring him. You also missed his friendship. A lot.

Sure, you had fun when you went out with Higemaru and Shirazu, or when Saiko would drag you out to test out new cafés, but... You missed the way Tooru's presence used to brighten up everything. You missed his laugh, you missed his smile...

That was enough melancholic thoughts for a long while.

Instead, you grabbed your stuff to head for the café, stopping in your tracks when your phone vibrated. You took it out to read the notification.

'Can't make it to work today, my brother got arrested for stripping naked in a park last night. He was drunk af and I need to help him out.'

Of course Higemaru's brother would do that. It wasn't very hard to imagine, seeing as they were siblings after all. Before you could type out a witty response, he sent another text.

'Can Mucchan cover for me?'

It seems making amends with the demon was the right thing to do after all.

'Yeah, no prob. Take care of your dumbass brother and keep me updated in case he does anything else. I'm always in need of entertainment.'

Before closing your phone, you typed one last thing.

'I'm impressed you weren't the one to strip while being drunk, tbh.'

With that, you closed your cellular device and turned around to grab your stuff.

"Tooru, hurry up! We're gonna be late!" You exclaimed through the apartment. Boy would it be embarrassing if he wasn't even here to begin with.

Luckily, he was. Upon hearing your voice call out his name for the first time in weeks, the man rushed into the living room/kitchen/entrance, dumbfounded. "Did you just talk to me?" He asked, pointing at his chest in confusion.

"Yeah, I'm considering forgiving you." You said, heart melting when the boy let a large grin settle on his face. That twinkle of giddiness returned in his gaze as he let out a cheerful giggle. "Hurry up, you need to cover Touma's shift today." You added.

"Right, right!" He exclaimed, zooming past you to grab his belongings.

You accidentally inhaled his scent, frozen in place when you noticed how strong it became since the last time you were this close to him. You had never smelt something so good in your entire life. It was just so... him. You felt your mouth water and realized how carried away you became. He's trying new techniques to get you into bed, isn't he? Well, no matter how good he smells, he should know that you're never giving in.

"(Y/N)?" Tooru called out, frowning at your moonstruck expression. "Earth to (Y/N), can you hear me? We'll be late!"

"Don't use my words against me." You warned, smacking the hand he was waving in front of you away from your face, fighting back a smile.

"There's my beloved!" He cheered, following you out the door like a puppy.

You simply rolled your eyes and shook the feeling of his palm against yours off your hand.

"Hey, those two over there are gonna finish up soon I think. You're gonna bill them." Shirazu warned, holding your shoulder as he discreetly pointed at a couple in the back of the shop. A shiver ran down your spine at the contact and close proximity. He was so close that you swore you could literally turn around and you'd be automatically kissing him. Then he'd push you on the counter and--

"You good? You're shivering. Are you cold?" Shirazu asked, backing away from you with a worried look on his face as you realized just what you were thinking of. "Yeesh, you sure you're not sick? Your face looks pretty red." He cringed. "Do you want to go home?"

"What? No, it's nothing." You assured, awkwardly chuckling. I totally wasn't thinking about making out with you.

That wasn't normal in any way. You never had thoughts like that before, much less about friends. That's all that Ginshi was. A friend. A really good friend, sure, but you'd never actually consider dating him (or worse, sleep with him). He's like a brother to you.

It was probably Tooru's doing, whether it be on purpose or simply a side effect of literally living with an incubus.

"Yeah, well take it easy, won't ya? It already sucks that Hige had to miss out on work..."

"I'm fine Ginshi, I promise. I don't know what got into me." You repeated, trying to force your face to calm down and go back to its original shade. "I gotta go, the clients are coming this way."

With that, you left the boy to greet the two young adults that walked up to the cash register.

"Aura, the table!" You called out through the shop once the couple was out the door. It's not like your yelling would startle anyone, seeing as there was literally no other customers in the café. It would piss off Urie, at most.

"Right, right." The tall man sped out of the kitchen area, towel and spray bottle in hand while you chuckled.

"No need to rush, we're in no hurry." You spoke as you watched him clean.

"There's a batch of those vegan brownies in the oven that could literally burn at any instant." He replied, frantically wiping the table.

"Urie, Shirazu and Mutsuki can deal with it, you know. This is exactly why we're this many in the café so relax." You insisted.

After hearing your words, Shinsanpei seemed to do as you told, becoming much more relaxed. As he stood up, you seemed noticed how tall he actually was for the first time. That's sort of hot...

Aura's caring and shy personality seemed to make him out to be someone rather reserved and unsure of himself but... You wondered how good he was in bed. Surely he has some kind of major case of floating hands, that you could be sure of, but... For someone to smell that  good, he has to taste good, no?

He seems fun. He's definitely a bottom, probably the type to be extremely vocal despite his best efforts to muffle his sounds and then be extremely embarrassed about it. You could literally break him, even corrupt him if you wanted to.

You could claim him.

"Whatcha thinking about? From the looks of it, it's probably me." You jumped up from your relaxed position at the counter. But not from the voice, it was because of the unexpected skin-to-skin contact Tooru initiated with you, causing you to yelp out of surprise. "Jeez, someone's jumpy today?" He added before taking a deep breath.

"Shush, I'm probably just catching a cold."

"I didn't know your cold symptoms included undressing Aura with your eyes." He retorted, frowning at the uncharacteristically strong scent of arousal he picked up on you. Aura, out of anyone? Something was wrong with you, and he had an idea of what was going on.

"I wasn't..! Come on Mutsuki, I would never!" You insisted, rolling your eyes. You knew better than to deny the fact that this man knew exactly what you went through your head. Whether he figured it out with physical symptoms or just facial expressions, you didn't know, but it didn't hurt to try and convince him otherwise.

Exactly, that's what's bothering you and I so much. He darkly thought, his gaze going from you to the tall male who just finished wiping the table. The process was going a bit too fast for his liking.

He needs to hurry up before it's too late.
