seungmin placed his phone on the desk, and scrolled through texts from his friends

felix: what is he doing
jeonginie: i don't know, he didn't mention anything
felix: that thottie sent at 2:16
i thot i told you i had a detention read at 2:28
jisung: OOF WE GOT A BADDIE
jeonginie: what did you do?
i was late
felix: seungmin? late?
seungmin is typing...
"fill out the form first, kim. your phone can wait." the teacher said. seungmin looked over the paper, but began to quickly type again.
i'm out in like 10 minutes
jisung: you want us to wait?
felix: it's already been so longggggggggg
literally wait two seconds damn you guys are so impatient
jeonginie: we've already waited so long , we might as well keep waiting
jisung: that—
at least one of my friends cares about me 🤧 read at 2:30
"that's another detention kim! i'll take your phone until this is over." the teacher held out his hand and seungmin put his phone in the teacher's palm.
seungmin filled out the detention hand out, and heard hyunjin snicker. he kicked his chair, and hyunjin turned around.
"shut up, hwang." seungmin ordered. hyunjin only smirked, and faced forwards.
seungmin rested his head on the desk for the last few minutes of detention. he was definitely excited for another day of this.
the teacher soon dismissed the half hour students. seungmin tossed his bag over his shoulder and got his phone back. just as he was about to leave the classroom:
"see you tomorrow, kim." seungmin ignored hyunjin's comment, and left to meet his friends outside of the school.
