It was T.C. -80 when humanity abandoned their home planet to immigrate to other worlds. One being EDN III. A cold and frozen planet that is unforgiving. Multiple facilities were made to handle the growing population as humanity spread across the planet. But as they grew, they ran into a new alien lifeform. The Akrid. Creatures that were hostile to the invaders of their world. At first the humans had no weapons to repel the Akrid threat. Some left the planet but others stayed. The ones that stayed and fought the Akird, they discovered a precious liquid inside the creatures. Thermal Energy. This new resource gave humanity determination to fight and retake their home. With the new energy source, the humans made a weapon capable of fighting the Akrid. The Vital Suit, mechs powerful enough to fight and kill the Akird that attacked.

After a few year the colonists have lived and are well on the planet. The Akrid also have gotten used to these new fleshy creatures and went back to acting like normals animals, only attacking if they came into their territory. But the Thermal Energy caught the attention of N.E.V.E.C., a military organization looking to take the Thermal Energy and leave the planet for dead. The colonists fought back, not wanting their home a empty husk. N.E.V.E.C have called these colonists, Snow Pirates.

The war was long and many deaths from both sides were piling up. With one final push, the Snow Pirates finally won against the military threat, but at a cost. The Snow Pirate's leader, William Wildheart, sacrificed himself in the final push. His death brought sadness and grief to many of those he fought, but it hurt even more to his Wife, Elizabeth Wildheart. She was the leading scientist and engineer of most VS models and Akrid experiments. She was also 8 months pregnant with a boy. When she gave birth, Elizabeth named her son, John. John look like his dad. Black hair and silver eyes, which came to a surprise to his mother and scientists. As John grew, he was a very smart boy. He could fully take apart a rifle and put it back together at the age of 8. John was a gun nut and his mother didn't mind him working with firearms as long as he doesn't shoot himself, her was also a VS nut and loved to help engineers work on Vital Suits. John always wanted to go out on his own big adventure like his father. What he didn't know was that his wish was going to come true, in the strangest of ways.
