It is Christmas break. It's a boring and sad holiday to my brother and I. We don't have our parents to share this time. They died in a car accident several years ago. My brother, Kyle, takes care of me and he is very protective. He does great job. He is a year above me, a Senior, and I am a junior. He is the captain of the football team/quarterback. All of his friends at captains and athletic. They are what every girl likes. They are hot, muscular, kind, and athletic.

"Mel, the boys are coming over to chill. Are you okay with that?" He asked. I shrugged I don't mind.

"No problem at all" I said. Even though, I was wearing my PJ shorts that showed off my nice sized butt a little and black fitting tank top. after I responded, the bell rang. I got up and opened the door. It was Ross.

Our eyes met and then his eyes looked down at my body. Was he lowkey checking me out? He smiles and then he adjusts his pants before walking in.

"Hey Melanie" he said still adjusting his pants, weird.

"Hey Ross" I said. My brother comes out of the living room and gives him a bro hug.

"Hey dude" he said. "Are you excited about he match on Tuesday? We are about to beat their asses" My brother, his friends, and I all play soccer. We love the sport. Oh yeah, I am athletic too. I play soccer, do cheerleading, and softball.

"Yeah. They have nothing against us" Ross agreed. They are the top players and the top team. As well as me on the soccer team and the girls soccer team. "The Girls and Us having been rocking this season" Ross looked back at me and smiled. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah we are just undefeated" I said. My brother fist pumps in the air.

"LET'S GO GRIFFINS" he yelled. We laughed at my brothers weirdness. Everyone thinks he is so chill and cool but he is a complete weirdo sometimes. I shake my head. Ross and my brother go to the living room to sit on the couch. We have this open floor plan so I could still talk to them.

Melanie: hey girls! You should come over, the boys are about to be here.

Claire: On the way!! She is the one who is in love with my brother. Well most my friends are and all his friends. She is one of the top players with me on the soccer team and co captain with me on the cheer team.

Vanessa: Yeah me too. Just have to run an errand. She is the dance captain so she is love by many boys but has eyes for one. Ryan.

Madelyn: Girl you know I'll be there. Maddie is a cheerleader with Claire and Us. These are the best friends I have. I have other friends but these are my go too.

Maddie showed up first. She lives down the street. She wore her brown hair in a ponytail, with Nike shorts and a t-shirt.

"I did not want to try to hard" she said. I smiled.

"Look at me. I look like a hot mess" I said. Gesturing to my body. She laughed.

"more like hot. Geez girl" she said. She looked past me and I have been facing away from the living room. "Speaking of which, Ross is checking your ass out" she whispered. She walked to the fridge. I looked back and he was looking at me but quickly looked back at the TV. I grinned.

The doorbell rang. I ran to go get it, and I opened it. It was Mitch. I smiled and gestured for him to come in.

"Always a pleasure site to see you Mel" he said, and grin at me.

"Same to you Mitch" I said. He smiled and walked to the living room. Mitch is the captain of the baseball team. I looked at Madelyn, she has had a crush on him for ever. Geez. It's been since like 8th grade.
