Sleeping with My Brother's Best Friend

Chapter 12

Next Morning

I opened my eyes and yawned. I rolled over and Ross was sleeping. He was so peaceful and I smiled to myself. I stroked his face and his eyes blinked opened.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you" I whispered. He shook his head and stretched then kissed me on my lips.

"I love waking up to you" He said. I smiled and kissed him again. He pulled me on top of him and he was obviously hard from morning wood. I smiled and grinded on top of him. He bit his lip and I smiled. I then heard the door open and then slammed. I jumped off. Fuck he said he would be gone all day.

"Shit" I said. Ross jumped up. Oh my gosh his truck is in the driveway. "Go into the guest room and act like you are sleeping." I said. He nodded and grabbed his clothes off the ground.

"Okay, you go talk to him though" he said.

"Yeah I'll go downstairs." I said and I grabbed a shirt and shorts. I then ran downstairs. Kyle was sitting on the couch and he looked piss. Why is he piss?

"Hey bro" I said. He looked at me and then back at his phone.

"Hi" He said. I sighed. "Why is ross' truck here?" I laughed and then walked towards the couch.

"Oh he was so tired last night. I told him to crash in the guest room." I said hoping he would believe. He nodded.

"Oh that's good!"He said. He was still upset. I sat down next to him on the couch.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He sighed and put down the phone. He took a deep breath.

"Claire and I got in a fight" he said. Oh no. "We told her parents this morning at breaksfast. They weren't happy obviously. Told her that they aren't going to support her." He said. I gasped.

"Oh no" I said. "How did you get in a fight?"

"I told her to move in with me and just don't worry about it. She said no because she wanted her parents to support her. She then was talking about getting rid of our baby if it will cause this split between us." He said and started to cry. I pulled him into a hug. "I then just kept saying how unreasonable it is. We can come up with something and they will come around. She said no and she thinks getting rid of the baby is a reasonable solution. It's not." He looked up at me. "It's our baby. Half of it is me." I nodded and hugged him more.

"I know. I can talk to her if you want or try to reason with her." I said. He nodded

"Just don't make her more upset." He said. I nodded. I know, i know clarie pretty well to reason with her. I got up and picked up my phone. I dialed her number. It rang a couple of times.

"Hello?" She sniffed. She was crying for sure. She is torn. I know she was her baby to not live through the separate life's like she has.

"Hey Clarie" I said. She cried and signed.

"Mel I need your advice." She cried more. That's good. Maybe I can talk some sense into her.

"Yes anything" I said, she sighed and sniffed.

"Is Kyle okay?" She asked. I looked at my brother who was staring at me.

"Yeah He is okay." I said. He gave me a smile even though he is not. I looked away.

"Mel I don't know what to do." She said and started crying again. "I want this baby to be loved more than I ever was. I want them to have a good life. How would they have that if they didn't have any of the grandparents? Kyles or mine." She said crying over the phone. I signed.

"They would be so much love. They would have our friends and your family. My family. My parents may be gone but you have the rest of my family. They will love that baby to death. " I said. She signed.

"What about my family?" She said. I smiledx

"You have a big family too. They baby had your siblings and other family members. I know your parents love you. They need you. I just think they would come around on the idea. It's a life changing step for you and both of them." I said. She sniffs.

"You're right. This baby has so much people to be love by. It will be such a great life. I would only hope my parents come around." She said. I turned to Kyle and put a thumbs up. He smiled and sighed. "Thank you Mel. I know I can always trust your advice."

"No problem" I said. She laughed.

"Can you put kyle on the phone? I want him to be able to come back." She said.

"Yeah here you go." I said and handed him the phone. He smiled and grabbed it.

"Hey baby." He said. I am so glad that I could help them and be able to talk it out with her. He smiles at  me. "Okay baby. I'm on my way now. Bye I love you" He said and waited a moment then hung up. He handed me the phone and smiled. I grabbed it. "Thank you so much sis" he said and hugged me.

"No problem. What are sisters for?" I said and laughed. He nodded and smiled.

"Okay let me get back to clarie. Bye see ya later." He said and I waved. He walked out of the front door. I smiled and walked up the stairs to the guest room. I opened the door and Ross fell back to sleep. I smiled to myself and closed the door. I'll let him sleep.
